Pretty dirty and they’re calling out drinks instead of names. Say my name b***h! say it! This is also apparently a hub for ppl who like to use face time to give us mortals a look into their fantastic lives.

Justin is absolutely amazing here. After 2 visits he remembered my name and my drink. Not only that but he ensures a «first-class» experience when I order anything from the bake case. If you’re in the neighborhood in need of some Java, definitely stop in!

I dropped by here today to get a sweet coffee to enjoy on my long drive home. When I walked up to the counter, I ordered and they were missing an ingredient, but offered to make the drink for me anyway. As we were talking, I looked down ad noticed that the barista had her name and«army veteran» sewn into her apron. This was AWESOME! I believe her name was Amy, I thanked her for her service. We talked for a while and although I am not a veteran(she thanked me for my service as I had a military shirt on so I let her know I was not a veteran, but a civilian). I explained I simply work and volunteer with Veteran Service Organizations and she thanked me for serving in that way. She was extremely nice, polite, and I enjoyed talking to her. Working with the military and having family in the military — I really liked that they recognize her service on her work uniform and I would be more than happy to see other Starbucks doing this for their employees!

Nice outdoor seating, shared with neighboring businesses. Otherwise not a whole lot of space inside. A few small tables, a round table, and some counter seats… I wouldn’t pick this spot if I wanted to hang out or study. They have your usual Starbucks pastries and drinks of course. Also packaged snacks. Their selection of merchandise is limited. The baristas at this time were quiet but friendly.

Busy here after the Bears vs Chargers game :-) But they were really fast here and efficient. No problems, I’d come back to this location

I pretty much go to a Starbucks every work day. Pretty much whatever Starbucks you go to one can expect the same product. The thing that cannot be expected is the same level of service. Today me and my nieces were lucky enough to get Erik. We were about to order when this man stepped in front of us and began to order. Erik politely let him know that he would be more than happy to help after he’d taken care of us. The man became extremely upset and began cursing at him before storm away. This kind of thing usually shakes up a person but Erik was friendly and upbeat. He apologized and made sure we were well taken care of. He definitely made the experience for us and made this a favorite location.

Just came in because I had a HUGE headache and needed my coffee. Erick at the register was super sweet and polite. I ordered a skinny caramel dulce Leche drink with soy milk. Well as I was walking out I didn’t see that it said soy anywhere on the cup so I went back and asked Maya the barista if she put soy and said no. But she said she would make it again for me. I told her I was sorry but I told the guy I wanted soy. She was very nice and didn’t give me attitude. She remade my drink and then asked if I knew anyone that would drink the first drink that had the regular milk. I told her my bf would because he could handle regular milk. So she let me take the other one for him. YOUGUYSROCK. Will Mos defiently be back. Both of u keep up the GREAT customer service :)

You can say I’m a Starbucks groupie and I wouldn’t even be mad. I go here at least 3x a week bc I work down the street. Service is quick and ordering on the mobile app makes everything even quicker. I’ve only has one mishap when I ordered an everything bagel and they gave me a multigrain bagel. Of course they corrected it and I went on my merry way. This store is def doing something right because there are many regulars that go here and I see them all the time when I go here(since I usually go around the same time every day).

I have no complaints about the drinks, but the customer service here is not the friendliest. The cashier was rather rude and only at the end(when she felt obligated to) is when she smiled and said, «Have a nice day!» Her tone didn’t match the sentence, though. I wish I knew her name, but I didn’t get the chance to look at her name tag. So my sister and I ordered our drinks and she wasn’t the nicest Starbucks employee we’ve ever encountered, but we didn’t mind. Then we got back in line because we forgot that we wanted a little dessert. We order the«salted caramel square with pecans» and she asks, «With pecans?» We tell her that’s the entire name of the item and she responds with, «Oh I don’t even know what we sell anymore» in a joking manner and giggles, but I could sense that as being true. She proceeds to grab our dessert, but instead grabs a cake pop. So we have to tell her that she is grabbing the wrong thing, and point at what we want. Maybe she forgot? Maybe she immediately thought«salted caramel cake pop»? Okay. She then rings us up and the price shown is «$ 2.45» when the dessert is marked as $ 2.25. My sister says the salted caramel square is $ 2.25 and the worker says, «No.» She says«no» two times to two different things my sister has said probably. Then my sister asks why the price says $ 2.25, so the girl comes around the counter to check, and responds with some comment I don’t remember – probably just stating she’s unsure why the price is ringing up different. So the same worker asks, «Did you still want it?» And my sister responds with, «Yeah, but I want it for this price»(the $ 2.25 of course), then another person changes the price and continues to do the transaction. Fact: it is only $.20, but the principle of the matter is that the price that is being shown is different, so we want it for that price. Also, it probably wouldn’t have been a big deal if the worker wasn’t rude and argumentative to begin with. Mind you, there was no tax on anything we ordered, so it wasn’t tax that boosted the dessert $.20.

So happy to promote the online order option on the Mobile App. I’ve used it nearly a dozen times! Took some getting used to at first because you have to figure out how to navigate & customize your order. But after a few operator errors, it’s a cinch now.

I went in to Starbucks today. I ordered my usual, Grande Americano. I usually add raw sugar, vanilla powder, and half and half to my coffee. I told the person behind the counter that these items were not available. She did refill the half and half container. However, they were out of the raw suguar, and vanilla. She should have offer me a substitute(vanilla syrup). I sat at the counter. A customer came approach the counter about her order. She complained that there was something floating in her coffee. She pointed it out to Kelly. Kelly apologize, and refunded her money to her card.

Really friendly staff. Concrete floors. The art is all pics of coffee making process. No restrooms but there is one just across the breezeway from the shop.

On Unilocal, there were probably 5 Starbucks locations in the area. We wanted a place to sit down and chill for a while so after navigating(without checking for a full fledged store) to one in Target and another in Barnes & Noble, we finally found this one. Great location because of all the sunshine and outdoor seating. It’s bustling inside this place though. All of the seats were taken by people on their laptops so they would probably take a while, but it was a beautiful day to sit outside with our caramel flan frappé and slice of iced lemon pound cake. Their selection of products(mugs, coffee gizmos and gadgets) seems smaller than most, but as long as the full menu is still there, all is good. Service is fast and workers are super nice. Will stop by when we’re around again!

I go to many Starbucks before and after work, but this spot is awesome! It’s just around the corner from my house and so convenient. Their customer service is great and miss Karla got me hooked on a Peppermint Tux! Thanks Karla, now I can’t see a day without it… In addition everybody is kind and they remember your name and drink. Good job all and keep up the kindness. Nevetsprt

Just like everyone else, I am a Starbucks aficionado. We know that there are good Starbucks and those that are, well, a little subpar. This particular Starbucks is now on my list to pass on by when I’m craving my Earl Grey Tea Latte. When I entered, there was a table of ladies having a meeting, and a few people sitting at the tables by the door. I was the only one ordering, and it was a while until anyone else came into the shop. Carla waited on me and took my order. I told her I would be sitting at the counter that runs adjacent to where they make the drink. This counter is(and I’m measuring it right now) 3.5 ft. from where they drop off drinks. It would be closer for her to hand it to me than the take it to the counter. This being said, what does Carla do? She walks right past me and places it RIGHTOUTOFMYREACH at the counter. This is POOR customer service. I had to ask her name because she was not wearing her name tag either. I highly suggest that you take your Starbucks business elsewhere in the evenings, if you would like to bypass the rude behavior of blatantly rude baristas.

I was surprised by this Starbucks location, which doesn’t happen very often. They were sorta busy when we walked in early one morning, but the line moved quickly. I had decided that I wanted to buy a pastry to supplement my drink(and to hold me over until I had time to eat a real meal later in the day), so I browsed the options while we waited our turn. When we got to the register, I placed my drink order, then started in on my pastry order, only to realize I’d completely forgotten what the heck the damn thing was called. So, me being me, I say, «And I’ll take one of the scones, too, the…(this is where I lost my brain)…Maple-something-something scone…» To his credit, the barista at the counter didn’t even bat an eye. He laughed and said something about the names being too long anyway, and immediately went in and grabbed the maple scone in question. Sense of humor *and* customer service? You don’t say! Our drinks and my hubby’s spinach wrap came out soon after we had placed the order, and we got a «Thank you» AND a «Have a nice day!» from the baristas there! Why can’t all Starbucks locations be as friendly and helpful as this one?
