My girlfriend got the green tea latte with caramel & I got a vanilla bean frap with caramel. The workers were very friendly & helpful with information about the drinks. Our drinks came out within 5 minutes!

The employee, named Tanner, that was working the drive-thru, is my hero! I’ve had such bad luck these last couple of days and, of course, as I pull up to the drive-thru speaker, I realize that my wallet was not in my purse. There were several cars behind me so there was no way to pull out by that point. I let them know the situation and said I would just be pulling through and not ordering anything because I didn’t have my wallet with me, but Tanner said he would get my drink for me! I refused because I felt bad, but he insisted and was so sweet about it. That totally made my day. Thank you Tanner! I’ll definitely be back for more coffee(with my wallet) and hopefully you’ll be there so I can give you a tip this time. :)

Usually I don’t review branches of super-familiar chains such as Starbucks unless it’s a slow review cycle and/or I’ve been to a branch quite a few times so that I have a good feel of what that place is like. Since as of this review I’ve been doing a class at Mesa College nearby I’ve stopped by this Starbucks quite a few times to grab a pick-me-up before facing the daily obstacles of a night shift lab tech. Their big perk is that they have a drive-thru. When I pay with credit card they give me their card machine that I have to swipe the card myself as my credit card doesn’t have a chip yet. Doesn’t take too long afterwards to get my drink. I’ve had my share of cold drinks and hot drinks. Typical cold drink is a sparking iced tea lemonade, which is quite refreshing. If I want more of a hit I’ll go for the warmer drinks, which is usually one of their specialty espressos or my standard, a mocha. It’s Starbucks consistent so I can’t complain. I’ll conclude this review with a tip: Getting bananas on a frappucino expands the drink quite a bit so that you’ll get your drink one size up. I couldn’t get a tall mocha frappucino with banana mixed in so I had to get grande size, and with the expansion it came in a venti cup.

Standard Starbucks. Service was okay. I usually tip unless service is really bad. I ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiato with light ice. I got my drink in a timely manner. The drink would have been better if they put more ice. I said«light» ice, but there was actually no ice(see picture). So it could have been good, but ended up being just okay. Parking is okay, can be really bad during peak hours. Typically no issues early morning(5:00−6:00am).

Great service provided by Tylor C. Not a coffee drinker but needed a pick me up. So tylor recommended a cold brew not sure if that’s the name but it’s says that on my recipe. He gave me a little coffee 411 it was brewed for 24hrs. Happy customer.

I’ve gone to this Starbucks a few times now and enjoy the seating area. It’s a busy one but they don’t have stools like other ones do. So every seat has a back. Which is a plus for me. Drinks are made fast and the team is friendly. I dislike the parking here though. They all say 1 hour limit which I’ve stayed for more than an hour. Just curious if they ever ticket you for staying longer. Hence the 4 stars.

This is a good study group Starbucks, with a drive thru I may add, because they offer a large long study table with power hook ups. I stopped in to get some work done and use their always reliable free WiFi service provided by Google, and to enjoy a Grande Café Miso and a toasted multi grain bagel with butter. The café misto rocked, probably because I had them make it with the dark roast, which was quite evident after the first sip. It was strong and robust, but easy to drink given the hot milk that was poured into it. The bagel came extra toasted as I requested and I was pleased that the pad of Irish Kerrygold Butter was at room temperature so it was easy to spread. I hate it when they give me a rock hard pad of butter. Anyways, the bagel tasted great and the butter tasted even better! I spent a couple of hours working there, and took the liberty to observe a lot of the service runs. For, the most part, the employees were very friendly and kept things moving along. They had some very busy spurts when the lines were to the door, but they kept it together. They lady who took my order was nice and my items game out in a reasonable amount of time.

This was one of the worst Starbucks I’ve visited. It was about 25 minutes before closing and staff was already«checked out.» I was greeted upon arrival. Ordered a frappé mocha. I was not offered whip, a third staff almost hit me with a table while packing for the day. The mocha was horrendous. It was pure sugar no chocolate flavor. The inside of this starbucks is nice but the quality of the service and drinks are questionable at best.

I rate you five stars Because of one of your staff members and her name is TAMMY Benjamin! The morning crew. Before had a horrible experience with the late afternoon associates, but One morning by accident I stopped by because it’s across the street from where I live. OMG! I met TAMMY. She is sweet, she is kind, she always smiles and will treat you like a friend she has a very infectious positive attitude and you will come back more after her kind service. Tammy gives this place a live positive vibe every morning. By the way the early morning staff are all nice Joan, sophear, Marci, gabby and the lead Levi

I’m a pretty frequent customer at this Starbucks but lately service has been really half-assed. I got a spinach wrap for breakfast today and it was still cold… It’s not that hard to heat up a premade wrap, so I’m not entirely sure what that’s all about. This was around 5:30AM too, so it’s not like they were very busy. There was a total of four cars in the drive through.(One in front and two behind me). I was just really disappointed. Nothing is worse than cold egg whites for breakfast. And the last time I ordered a peppermint mocha, it tasted very bland and then I realized towards the end that all this syrup was at the very bottom of the cup. I did not finish my drink because it was just overwhelmingly sweet. And with a hot drink I did my very best to mix it, but this seems to happen to me often! I usually stop by at the same time in the morning every visit, so I’m not sure if it’s new workers who need more training? Because I’m starting to see new faces. But for whatever reason, everything I’ve ordered lately has been mediocre at best.

A run to Starbucks should never leave you unsatisfied and bitter. Sometimes, by some miracle, I wake up much earlier than the time my shift begins. This allows me the luxury of driving down the street to Starbucks to enjoy a doppio and some banana nut bread. This is generally a very enjoyable experience based solely on the fact that I am consuming espresso. I don’t expect special treatment, small talk, nothing really. This morning everything was going well until I encountered the woman at the drive thru window. The credit card machine was having a hard time registering my card despite swiping it in the correct orientation. I asked her if there was something wrong with how I was doing it or the machine and she just kept sighing, breathing loudly, and rolling her eyes. When it finally went through she scoffed and handed me my drink. I said thank you and she sarcastically told me to have a good day. What a wonderful start to my day!

Friendly people at this SB location but could use a little bit more training. Asked for extra caramel DRIZZLE and they put a sh*t ton of caramel all around the cup, the lid, and in my frapp. I get I ordered extra caramel DRIZZLE, but I didn’t ask for the damn bottle.

I am so torn about this location because there the employees are so kind and sweet and there are some that are so rude. They are often not attentive at all and seem to be doing something else while people are ordering as if they could really care less. Starbucks is a great company to work for with so many great perks so the customers should be treated with respect and not seem like a chore.

Great location, love the drive thru on a busy errand running day! The employees of this location are happy and really seem to get along. I noticed the girl at the window scanning the phones of the 2 cars ahead of me and I asked her if there was something I was missing. She explained to me how to use the app and how far a gift card can go! Got my gift card and ready to start saving!

I love this Sbux. Tammy gives this place a jumpin’ jive and her positive attitude is infectious. The rest of the staff are just as enthusiastic. The drive-thru is efficient and the place is clean and neat. — 5 stars-plus. *Not a good study spot. The downside to this place is the parking. Some property manager decided that they were going to offer permit-parking — no permit gives you one hour of parking and all the spots out front are 15-minute spots. I can’t study here any more, which makes me reluctant to stop here, and that makes me sad. — 2 stars. *Wait, strike that. I’ve just been informed by a former employee that the parking permit thang is a deterrent only. They don’t tow. All the employees from the various retailers park in the lot without a «permit.» Guess I can return to study now! — 3 stars.

I’m writing my review in the form of a rap. Make your own beat. I woke up in the morning cuz I had to go to work I needed something to help me stay alert I had to get some energy so I started to think, «I should go to Starbucks for a caffeinated drink!» I walked inside and the line was long, You might think that’s bad, but lemme finish my song The baristas were working as fast as they can, Then I got up to the register and the cashier said«hi, my names Brianne» Low and behold! She was as sweet as can be, She took my order then got my cup ready, Then she started multitasking, making drinks and taking orders, She’s an all around employee who doesn’t have any borders, She gave me my coffee and said«have a great week!» I’ll definitely come back, her service was on fleek!

Service here is crap. I’ve been coming here after usd before mesa to get a quick drink and snack for over a year so I’m familiar with the parking and everything but today. wow. This young blond girl with an attitude. I ask if there’s the returning chocolate caramel muffin I got an email about from Starbucks and she’s like«I don’t know what you’re talking about» with that«wtf you talkin about» face. HELLO? You don’t even look and say you don’t know. Uh??? I’m right in front of you, looking at you, while you work your ass off tryna figure out if you guys have it. Doesn’t even look in the pastry display and says she doesn’t know what I’m talking about with the«are you crazy» face. Apparently, they get them in tomorrow… thanks, Starbucks email. make me look like an idiot when I’m not. Also, I think she used my free rewards for the cheap ass drink I got… ugh.
