Not the best service there was a woman who rushed me way too fast I get that it’s a fast paced Place but she had an attitude when I made her pause because I didn’t know what else I wanted on my sandwich. First experience at this location not so sweet

These guys aren’t that good. I’ve been here 3 times already and today takes the cake. I blame management, it’s not the employees fault. When you come in during lunch rush and there’s only one employee to handle an entire line, that’s not good.

The employees are fast and friendly. I usually sit outside. It’s pretty clean ad organized. I rang the bell one time and it was fun. You should do it!

The guy who made my sandwich didn’t give me enough meat — like two pieces layed out flat. At first I thought he was kidding because it was just silly. I mean it was all wrong and I would’ve basically had a bread sandwich. I was like um I think I’ll need more meat. He put two more pieces on there and told me he wouldn’t charge me extra. Thanks??? The AC didn’t work and it smelled weird. It felt unclean. There are too many subways to spend money at this one. I have never been back.

This review is solely based on an employee that was working tonight(Halloween). She was very unpleasant from the time we walked. I watched her act that way to the person behind us also. Asking for your sandwich to be warmed in the microwave(twice) before she almost put it in the toaster must have been an inconvenience. It came with a sigh and an eye roll from Yolanda. Is it more difficult to use the microwave than toaster? Who knows.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The food is always good but the level of customer service was unexpected.

I am done with Subway, this is the second time that the meat was so little and so thin you could see right through it. I also noticed that the maker of the sandwich plays with the meat so much to unfold it so it make an even layer that it also appears that he is making it look like you are getting something to enjoy. Good Bye Subway until you can start giving what people are asking for and paying for. I have photos but you have no place for adding them to the complaint. Sincerely,
Erica H.

Just went to this store at 10:45 and the doors were locked and the open sign was off. I pointed to my watch and said it’s a quarter till, only to have the kid working flip me off. I’m appalled. I’ll be calling the store manager tomorrow.

Today at this Subway they did not greet me when I walked in. Don’t really care about that, well at a Subway. But I did get a 2 second stare and he looked back down. He took the first part of my order pretty well the bread the cheese and the meat. But when the lady behind me ordered and asked for a #3(combo meal). Dude looked at her like«what?» and turned his whole body around just to see what the heck was a #3. Now the thing that really tripped me out was the next lady she had a dead stare like she ain’t sleep for 48hrs and looked like an extra from the«The Walking Dead». she didn’t like the ingredients I chose. Everytime I picked something she would say«what else?» Then the register guy didn’t look too happy. He looked like he was ready to quit his job. It’s not a bad spot. I eat here all the time. This day just really stood out for me. Maybe cause it’s been raining and gloomy.

A subway is a subway, I believe the best part about this subway is the people that work here! A lot of them are very nice when you start speaking to them! This particular restaurant location had a great location! Starbucks is right next to it! The area is pretty clean and they have seating in the outside for you to enjoy the weather! Cookies are always amazing! Parking is pretty tight here, it is very limited and don’t worry about it saying«1 hour» parking only, I’ve parked my car here in the place for like 5 hours studying at Starbucks and it was okay! Great location and great people!

Went to this subway last night at about 10:00 p.m. The sandwich artist was very nice and sweet. However, the restaurant was very dirty and unorganized. Further, the short gentleman who was cleaning was constantly staring and giving dirty looks. Will not go to this location again.

Well Organized. Great Service. Even though Subway has always been expensive(for a non tasting sandwich)

It’s a Subway so there’s no surprise to anyone as far as the menu goes. The location is perfect for hungry Mesa College students as well as high school kids from Kearny High across the street. The only problem that I have with this location is the parking. I had to circle around a few times until someone left and even then when I was able to park it was a time limit. I’m pretty sure that is in order to prevent Mesa students from parking there when the semester starts and finding parking anywhere on campus is next to impossible. That being said, the service was great, quick and there was plenty of seating inside and out. I’ll be back when I receive my next batch of Subway coupons in the mail. I always complete the surveys at the bottom of my receipt in order to redeem a free cookie on my next visit. Love the chocolate macadamia nut cookies!

Been here a couple times and had prompt, friendly service. It’s Subway, so you know what to expect in terms of food, so I won’t bother to discuss the food since it’s pretty consistent no matter which restaurant you go to.

Another great breakfast sandwich Sat morning. Very friendly and attentive counter people, clean and pleasant atmosphere(except for the loud radio blaring). I recommend this Subway.

I feel like I’m on a conveyor belt when I come to Subway. I never feel special, or like my sandwich really matters. ha-ha. but, that’s not necessarily the fault of this location. Anyway, it’s almost always busy at lunch time,(Mesa college is just down the street). They usually have a lot of employees, some more friendly than others and overall, they do their job, & try to keep things moving as quickly as possible.

Nothing special, just a convenient location right next to Mesa College. The service is not special either. The food is like any other subway, fresh.

Yes your honor I’m guilty of Unilocal neglect. That being said, here’s my shiny new review: Oh Subway, One…you’re like a dream come true… Two…just want to be with you… Three…girl, it’s plain to see, that you’re the only one for me and Four… repeat steps one through three… Wait a minute… that’s not how I really feel about this Subway, that’s a Brian McKnight song. Anyway, I only go to this Subway because it’s down the street from my house and the sandwiches are five dollars. I stopped going here for awhile because sometimes their bread was kind of hard and it’s always crowded in here. Always. And I always get stuck behind some fool ordering someone else’s sandwich over the phone. What’s up with that? And they keep trying to heat my sandwich. I just want a plain old cold sandwich. Is that too much to ask? I don’t know… what would Brian McKnight do? What happened to him anyway?

Yesterday was it’s Grand opening, there was a guy in a sandwich suit out along the road to get you in the door. Pretty funny, at first i wondered what it was, a pizza, a sandwich guy? No he’s just a sandwich! Lettuce and stuff hanging off of him. Wish i got a pic of it. You’ve been to a Subway, you know what you’re getting. pretty standard, a great location across of Mesa College. Where the old Carmen’s used to be, but they’ve since torn down that old building and put up a pretty nice strip mall there. there’s also a Starbucks next door which seems like a 1 stop shop grub and coffee all at 1 shot.
