Stone Brewing Company

It’s 3:30 pm on April 26^th, wife and I just walked up and sat at the bar… One guy behind the bar is standing there with his back to us, the other guy is helping another customer opposite is. A couple of minutes go by and no acknowledgment, the other guy finishes with the customer and walks over to the side we’re on, doesn’t even look at us and proceeds to poor him and the other guy a sample. He leans against the bar with his back to us (less than an arms length away) and consumes his sample while him and the other guy talk about the taps! It was a Mutt Brown and I would have liked to try it! My wife and I couldn’t believe what we were seeing. We got up and left after 5 minutes without ever having been acknowledged.

Very nice surrounding and in an airport no less. It is certainly worth a trip inside for some beer and food. It is in an airport so do not be sticker shocked. A nice spot in a nice airport. Winner-​winner.

AMAZING atmosphere. Coolest and most beautiful restaurant I have ever been to. The restaurant is huge and can hold up to 850 people between the inside restaurant, gorgeous patio seating (which is the best part) and the banquet rooms etc.
Atmosphere is SO incredible for a brewery that it is a gorgeous venue for a wedding! Stunning pathways, pavers, fountains, fireplaces, bridges and a pond that goes through the middle of the patio seating. Simply beautiful.
Food and drinks both great! Menu selection could be improved though.

Heck of a find in an airport. Awesome bartender — and it was his first day! Got to try some Stone we don’t have in TX, and the salads were amazing.

Our flight was delayed so we came here to have a drink and bite to eat. We ordered bloody marys. It was good but a little watered down. As my meal I ordered the BLT and OMG it was so good. It came with a mustard on one side and garlic aioli sauce on the other side of the bread. My BLT was so good. I had a cesar salad as a side and it was so good. My husband ordered the duck hash and said it was ok.

Amazing beer, conveniently located right after security. Little pricey though, but it’s the airport so what do you expect. Well worth it for a great tasting, strong craft beer before a flight.
