The girl Sharon was really awkward, worst costumer service I’ve been there before and have never felt pressure in making choices for my sandwich.

Was disappointed there was no greeting when my son and I went in. Only 1 person in front of us but both workers were intent on helping her. She must have rated pretty highly because when she left one of the workers went on break. Our sandwiches were good but we shouldn’t have had to wait as long.
I was glad to see the jalapeño bread was back though.

First time to this Subway. The ladies who work here are courteous, fast, and so sweet & personable. They deserve their tips. Ingredients were fresh, and sandwich was made just right! Really makes your day when the employees really CARE about what they’re doing. Not sure what restaurant some of the other people visited. I will be coming back!

Been eating at Subway for 30+ years. This is by far the WORST establishment I have even been to. We moved to Tierrasanta a few months ago and have ate here frequently. First time we came here service was HORRIBLE. As each visit passed, the list went on and on as to why I felt like I needed to write a Unilocal review.
The meat never looks fresh. It looks like it’s not kept at the right temperture & so do the veggies. Which explans why i need to immediately go to the bathroom after I eat from there. The bread is so gross. I’ve never tasted fresh bread from here! The sandwich makers don’t evenly spread out the veggies. Instead they pile everything down the middle and never going end to end. I have said something several times to various sandwich makers about this and I get attitude. The ice machine was out of ice for almost a week and a half (in the middle of June). The seating areas are never wiped down or up kept. Ever.
Beware! It never gets better! This place is a dump.

I have never met a more friendly staff then the ladies who work here. I come here almost everyday for lunch and they make me feel so welcome when I walk in. I can tell that they all care about their job and it is very apparent to all the costumers. I would strongly recommend this place.

This is the most upbeat staff I have ever met! They are in the best of moods and when you cant think of what to get they are always there with recommendations! We always try to go to this subway!

Very friendly staff good product one of the better subways around!!! I enjoy coming here because I feel welcome unlike other subways that make it clear they r pissed they have to do there job!

Jesus. The most useless individuals work here, have a terrible attitude. Came in ⁹⁄₂₁ @745pm and was severely mistreated. Then the employees ran in the back and refused to respond to kind asking for help. Eventullay got sick of it and yelled into the back. The male employee then threw major attitude over grabbing me a fork… bleh… and they want $ 15… heck no!

This is one of the better subways I have been to and it’s the one closest to my house. Score! The employees were super nice and the ingredients looked fresh.

Foods the same as any subway I’ve had. But every time I’ve been here the employees are extremely rude. They get mad because they have to work.

Went today, food was good and staff noticed me right after I walked in. Had two people helping me and made my sandwich perfectly and fast. Can’t blame Subway for the parking as many reviews do. Let’s review the Subway not the parking lot. Good job girls, behind the counter!

Poor service meat look like it was out for days

Even though FebruANY is over, I still bought a foot-​long Tuna sandwich. The sandwiches ‘Hit The Spot’ even though the price went up, so I won’t hold Subway accountable for that.
On that note… Subway kinda seemed empty at the time I bought my sandwich, which leads me to the conclusion that THEY NEED TO BRING BACK THE $ 5 DOLLAR FOOT-​LONG SPECIALS,
That being said… it was still a good sandwich :)

Ok, let me start off by saying i have lived in tierrasanta my whole life. i now have to high school kids that have gone to all my old schools. Subway was always my stop on the way home from school. and now it is my kids stop. love the idea of semi healthy eating. beats fast food by a long shot… BUUUT… OMG. where did they get these girls from working the counter. the skinny black girl there. is so rude everytime i have been there. since she started. i am suprised she has lasted this long. i walked in to order a sub, and while i am telling her. 6inch wheat bread. she rolls her eyes looks at the other employee and says. «oh hell no. dont just stand there and stare at me. find something to clean».awkward!.. i was very embarrassed for the other employee. then when i began to list my veggies. lettuce, tomato, onion. she is just stood there staring at me as if i had a big red star on my forhead. i ask. is something wrong. she says. i dont put the veggies on, you will have to wait for someone else to do it, and she walked away. the other girl comes along, and i again say. lettuce tomato onion… and this girl is literally throwing the food on my sandwich putting a stupid amount of olives on my sandwich, which i didnt even ask for, when i said i didnt want olives she throws her hands up in the air and walks away. girl number three comes along and finishes my sandwich with my final request. just a thin strip of mayo and she squirts four, not one or two. but four rows of mayo in the thickest possible form. I am happy to say we will not be going back to that place anymore… over it. WAY over it! there is a great subway on santo. not my convienient walking distance but just 3 min drive up the road.. they are very clean, and respectable there. Note to the girls at subway on tierrasanta blvd. YOU GUYS SUCK!

Parking here is horrible. The parking spots are super small. This subway is pretty much like all the others. The employees aren’t quite as friendly as they should be and the bread doesn’t always seem fresh. But it’s ok when you need your subway fix…

Every Subway I ever go to has at least one person greet me or at least acknowledge me when I walk in. With that said, neither of the girls working here said anything to myself or my sister and proceeded to continue on with their conversation.
I contemplated leaving but my sister really wanted to eat here. Bad service always deserves 1 star.

Nothing out of the norm. Like any ordinary subway. The place was clean, as for the staff; it seems as though they are only there to collect a pay check. No door greet, no effort to go above and beyond to make customers satisfied.

As always… I love my subway food! This place was small, but got the job done. The kids were nice that served us, but not Super friendly or anything. It’s not bad. really enjoy it.

I have only been to this Subway once and have never returned. When I arrived it was not busy, just after the lunch rush. Maybe it was just a bad lunch run, but the employees were very rude. While making my sandwich the employees got into an argument over who was going to clean out the freezer, ending with one saying outloud «I don’t know who in the hell you think your talking to».
I ended up sending an email to corporate and was immediately contacted by the local district manager. She was very friendly and even sent me 3 coupons for a free 6″ sub. I used the coupons but just not at this store.

Your SUBWAY makes all the other Subbeez look bad… Why is that everytime I come to this jail cell of a damn spot… you F everything up… Uhhh…If you’re not OUT of bread, you pull old OVER DRIED azz bread out!..
Don’t you know that in order to have fresh SOFT bread you have to time it… That’s what the litttle bell on the oven is for, ya Morons!.. and why is the staff always 3 lil HORNY nerdy azz guys… They have one there that has such a bad attitude, you can scrape it off of his pimply forehead!
Olé pizza face bucket head… Fire him… He’s bad for business, nobody wants to see those lil demons dancing around his head when they walk in the door!.. I went in there once and 5 people walked out becoz they didn’t have any more bread… this was 7:30…they close at 9… That means SOMEBODY once again didn’t time the damn bread to last until closing… So let’s do the math… Er rum…5×5(five dollar foot longs?!)=$ 25 in 5 minutes… So If Coffeecolor watched 5 people walk out in 5 minutes and it was only 7:30, how much money did olé dumb azz lose becoz he hired the wrong staff?.. Listen you Carnival Rejects-​Crusty Bread does not mean old, over baked, dried out azz burnt logs!.OK…And you wonder why your shop is not making the money it should for the area… Be a real OWNER and see to it that your customers are served BETTER BREAD… you’re a sandwich shop for GOD’S sake… Oh yeah… and the parking stinks too!.. Now take that… That’ll teach ya to serve me funky bread!
