Good bagels, good service. Just be aware, this location is close to corporate offices and can run out of standard varieties very early. I’ve between in there before 8 am and seen the racks low on standard varieties several times. Having said that I’ve never not been able to find a bagel that i didn’t like. I recommend this location.

Workers are very slow and have bad attitudes. Especially the cashier, I was waiting in front of the bagels obviously wanting a bagel box and she told me she can help me at the cashier so when I went there I told her I wanted a bagel box and we had to go back to where all the bagels were. A lot of bagels were out and none were fresh. Definitely not coming back to this location, I hope the cashier changes her damn attitude or works somewhere else since she hates her job so much.

**Don’t come here if you want to order the bakers dozen and you want them ALL toasted. This is the second time that I have ordered the bakers dozen. And this is the second time I have requested to have them toasted. This is also the second time I got the question«all of them?!» And then after I say yes, I always get an attitude. I mean how hard is it to toast bagels? It took her about 5 extra mins. I can understand if the place was busy, but it wasnt. My experience today was probably worse then last time, seeing she just place the bagels at the register and didn’t tell me they were mine or that they were ready. Very rude! Never coming here again. I never get this attitude at Panera. And I always get my bagels toasted there as well. Panera is a little more out of my way, but so much more worth it!

Worst location ever. Stopped in today only a few people in there. Ordered a onion bagel with cream cheese. All the girls making the bagels and sandwiches having a good old time joking around. 20 minutes later I asked if they could get back to work and they said they were out of onion bagels. Will never ever go back lazy employees…

Good food When I went it was all kids running it, I assume the person who took my order was new they had to ask me a few times what I ordered. The«manger» on duty had their boyfriend at the counter as I was ordering, which was weird to order in front of an audience. I had to wait to tell her the coffee I wanted was out because she was paying more attention to her boyfriend and complaining she had to «now work» that he was leaving. Then they forgot part of my order and other person also waited around because they forgot part of his order too. Is there an adult around PLEASE?!

My family and I have always been goin’ to this Einstein’s locations ever since bagels came into play for breakfast lol. Been goin’ here ever since I was little and we still continue to do so whenever we feel like bagels in the morning. We don’t buy bagels on the daily but prolly once a month, I come here and buy bagels for the fam. Our usual dozen consists of chocolate, cinnamon raisin, and blueberry bagels and two orders of their original smear. Other than just bagels and their cream cheese, they also serve coffee and different varieties of bagel sandwiches for breakfasts. But usually whenever I go here, I just buy some coffee at Starbucks which is the next store over from them like less that five steps after you exit the Einstein’s Bagel store. So comin’ here is usually a two for one if anything. Coffee & Bagels on the go.

First time ever coming into a bagel shop like this. 10.99 for a dozen bagels, 14.99 for a dozen + 2 spreads not bad. So my fam and I ended up buying 14.99 for a dozen bagels and 2 spreads. After we pay, we wait, the cashier told us someone would be helping us. We wait another 10 minutes, and no one helps us. We end up asking someone at the counter to help us, and he finally does… Not sure if the cashier was a new employee or not, but he definitely gave us the wrong instruction. Apple Bagel, Cinnamon Bagel, French Toast Bagel — get them, you will not be disapointed !

My new favorite breakfast on the go spot! Service is always pleasant and helpful. I seem to be stuck on the green chili bagel but trying it with everything. The bagel is always fluffy and fresh! The coffee, the vanilla hazelnut is a little weak but great flavor so I combine it with the dark roast and it’s perfect! Feel really bad that I have yet to get the name of my favorite chick but she’s there just about every morning with a braid in her hair. Super nice and always saves the tiny broken pieces of doggie bagels for me! My little pups can’t eat the big ones so it’s perfect when they have crumbs left! Makes my day and theirs when I return from work! I will get her name for sure next visit! 10÷13÷15− I found out her name today! It’s Deborah! She’s amazing, great attitude and always starts your day off with a smile!

Loved the bagels and shmaear here! I got a baker’s dozen and picked out some regular and some premium bagels, and my favorite bagels were the French toast bagel with pumpkin shmear and apple cinnamon bagel with plain whipped shmear. The workers were really nice, but not clear on who was going to help me with the order. The cashier just said someone will help you with your dozen, but no one else was around the bagels to help me. Then I waited about ten minutes for someone to ask if I need help. Finally got my bagels and was definitely satisfied!

It took way too long for a Nova Lox bagel. I mean, I love bagels, so I’ll go back.

While they make great bagels and always have a good selection, their service(particularly from the manager that day) was less than great. She was not very friendly and very slow to fill up a coffee jug for our meeting. Not that busy-disappointed

This place has its good and bad days like anyone else. I’ve had my order mixed with another person, but its because they get so buys for such a tiny location. Other than that, they do extremely well when everything is done right. It’s a go to morning spot for me when I’m in a rush. I highly recommend the Santa Fe on asiago.

Love their whipped cream cheese! They run out of bagels pretty quickly, or at least the popular flavors.

Bring on the morning carbs slathered with schmear! :) It’s been a long while since I have stocked up on bagels and I pass this location every day. It’s a fairly large location that shares the building with Rubio’s. There is plenty of parking around the building. You get the warm and fuzzies right when you walk in. Plenty of seating and very clean inside. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. Great selection of bagels, they have my favs(Onion, Garlic, Asiago), and a variety of schmears to choose from.. I was being indecisive about picking my schmear and Bailey was great in helping me decide. Decisions decisions… Onion and chive or Garlic, or the all time fav, Honey Almond? Can’t decide… well, they’ll give a sample to try! Right now they’re offering an amazing deal… 13 bagels for $ 6! Only on Mondays. Enjoy!

Really upset this morning, I specifically called in my order because I was in a time crunch to get into work. I appreciate the customer service at this location, but I ordered a turkey sausage and cheddar breakfast sandwich and they gave me a bacon and cheddar. The turkey sausage and cheddar sandwich is very popular and ordered quite often. I do NOT eat bacon for my own personal reasons, making a mistake like this is unacceptable and it is important to pay close attention to detail specifically when it is a food request. When I walked into the store, this location was not busy so I don’t understand the excuse for this mistake. Please going forward pay attention to details when it comes to specific foods, it could cost someone’s life.

Wish the service was as sweet as my honey almond schmear on a honey wheat bagel. Sadly, it left a sour taste in my mouth. #lemonlemonlemoncreamcheese #theresnosuchflavor

Came here to pick up breakfast. The people in my household were craving bagels with cream cheese. I came to this location versus the Mission Valley location because they open at 5:00am. The Mission Valley location opens at 5:30am and some of the people in my household had to be at work or school early. This place has the standard bagels flavors(same) as other locations along with other breakfast items: fresh fruit in a cup, orange juice, breakfast sandwiches, etc. They also serve coffee, but there is a Starbucks, literally, right next door to this place. I came in a little after 5:00am and was the only customer there at the time. I was promptly greeted and after browsing a moment, I ordered. The one thing I really liked after placing my order, the employee asked me if I wanted my half dozen bagels sliced. That to me is good customer service. At Mission Valley, I usually have to ask the employees if they’ll put my bagels in the slicer. I ordered(a half dozen with cream cheese): 4 chocolate chip, 1 Spinach Florentine, and 1 Dutch Apple with a tub of plain whipped cream cheese. Top shelf specialty bagels are a little extra. Bagels were fresh and everybody in the household enjoyed breakfast.

I love bagels and this is about the best you can get around here. I have been to this location a few times and today I ordered the Lox bagel. They make amazing sandwiches here and this one is no exption. They did forget my pickle though! Its OK I forgive them. Great coffee too.

I don’t know what it is about this place but there is always a stressed atmosphere in there. I’ve been there a few times but I’ve never seen one employee smiling, instead, everyone seems really stressed out about the work they do. Sure, I mean it’s a bagel chain and the job might not be the most satisfying one(I worked at McDonald’s myself!) but hey get better work procedures in place so that everyone can relax a little bit more in there. This morning, wait time for a simple order(two bagels w/cream cheese, not toasted) was about 10 minutes, and reading the reviews below it seems that’s no exception. Good for Einstein Bros Bagels that they’re getting their food right — the bagels are excellent so that I keep coming back, despite everything else.

You know, I have usually had very good results with other Einsteins around town, but this one did not do it for me. I came in for a quick morning coffee and a bite to eat, before heading over to a friends to watch the 10 am NFL football game. First of all, the coffee I ordered from the self service thingy had nor flavor and tasted very watered down. I was not impressed and disappointed. I also ordered the turkey sausage and egg white on a oat thin toasted bagel.( ) It tasted okay, but they put a serious layer of their green south west salsa coupled with the cream cheese( ), and the whole thing just fell apart as I picked it up. Everything just slipped out. I suggest they wrap these in some wax paper or something. The flavor was there, but just haphazardly put together. The service was a little slow and my breakfast bagel took some time to come out. They were swamped, so I give them that, but really, wrap some wax paper around those sammies so they are easier to eat!
