Do you like bagels or tacos? Einstein’s Bagels and Rubio’s are next door. I’ve been sitting here all day chillaxin and reading science articles on the internet. The randoms that come in are all business or the studious type. Except there’s a dude playing gameboy next to me as we speak – I think pokemon(I want to be his friend but he seems busy tall-grassin’). There’s a sweet 3 seater booth with outlets galore. A lot of out doorsy butt-parking. Internet is always consistent. Thank Google WiFi! Service is ace. You guys are so nice. Thank you for my gold star free refills. Parking is eff. Don’t come during lunch rush. Someone will probably hit you and not be sorry about it(because they’re all business).

My past 2 visits to this Starbucks location have been sub-par… Last time, I ordered on the app(Tall Soy Mocha, no whip, as I am somewhat lactose intolerant). It was my first time using the app, so I wasn’t sure how it would go — but all seemed to go well. Until I got back to work & started drinking what turned out to be a regular Mocha(though they managed to get the no whip part!). Too bad I didn’t catch it earlier, but I survived, so it wasn’t a huge deal. Fast forward 3 weeks to this morning — I ordered in person this time(not trusting the app any more) — same Tall Soy Mocha, no whip. I picked up my drink & noticed that it wasn’t as deep brown as usual, but I figured that was due to the foam at the top & didn’t think more of it. Until I got to the office. I think it is just a latte? I don’t even know what is in this except soy milk… it almost tastes vanilla-y? Regardless, it is NOT a soy MOCHA. Disappointing way to start off my day. You would think it is pretty simple drink to make, but maybe not…

Always consistent on drinks, I believe. :) So I started working at a company not too far down the street from this Starbucks a few months ago. In my opinion, this is the best Starbucks, hands down. They have wonderful service! Most people who work morning shifts are miserable. You can instantly tell by their body language that they don’t want to be at work. Every morning I come in, they’re all smiling and every single employee is working hard. The line is definitely long and busy, especially in the morning, but they have a great routine going and everyone knows what they’re doing. They all work as a team and their drinks are consistent! Andrea & Kassie always insist I get a Starbucks card. That, however, will only mean that I will go to Starbucks more, and it’s already hard enough that I work down the street. Haha. Those two are my favorite baristas by the way. Morning shifts are usually the worst and they’re both so welcoming and actually have a conversation w/me. I’m not only their customer, but I feel like a friend also. Haha. It’s pretty awesome if you ask me. The ONLY down fall is that there’s no drive-thru. Other than that, I’m happy w/this Starbucks overall. Shout out to the best Starbucks team I know! :) Kassie, Jose, Andrea, Liz, Lauren, Paul, Virginia. And whomever I’m missing. Haha. Always a great start to my morning before I come into the office for work.

Just all around bad. Been here a few times now and staff is not friendly and can’t seem to make a decent Frappuccino. Last time I’ll be going to this location.

This location became my «Home Starbucks» after moving to the area. It only took a short time for the morning staff to learn my obnoxious drink requests and greet me by name. Kassee & Lauren are always amazing in the morning. Seating is limited if you do not want to be outside. The drink pick-up is in a awkward corner with the bathroom and some addition seating that makes for a congested area of the store.

Fast, convenient. This one always has great service and rarely has a long wait. Everyone is very friendly.

I’m not a big coffee drinker so all I can really say is that for Starbucks it’s nice enough, service was friendly and prompt, bathroom was clean enough, and it was comfortable. On the weekends it can get pretty busy, they have a nice outside set up for good weather. The store is on the smaller side but I’ve never had trouble getting a table.

I am a faithful Starbucks customer and this is the BEST Starbucks store hands down. Every morning when I go in they are smiling, efficient but personable with friendly service. When the line is to the door they get you through pretty quickly. They greet me by name and remember my drink. This is what you hope for in a local coffee shop and these employees have shown that they can offer great customer service in a national chain. Thank you for your great service every morning.

A Starbucks with tons of outdoor seating but indoor space is limited. The parking is a little hard to get in and out of when it’s busy. The staff was great, helpful, and quick.

We agreed to meet another couple at this Starbucks this morning. Most Starbucks are generally the same but this one is sub par… as a matter of fact, the first Starbucks I feel compelled to leave a review. We arrive and get our coffee and go outside. I immediately notice that all the tables and chairs are just a mess… coffee stains and puddles of coffee on all but one of the tables. I went back in and asked for a wet towel to wipe the tables and the gentleman behind the counter said«oh, I’ll be right out there to wipe them down». I went back out to wait for him. While waiting I took a drink of my coffee(black) and immediately noticed that it wasn’t hot but just warm. I mentioned it to my wife and she replied that her’s was also just warm and that she’d thought she’d put to much milk in it. After about five minutes I went back in again to ask for a wet towel, of the same guy. He apologized for not coming out earlier and handed me a wet towel. Dirty environment, just warm coffee and poor service… is this the norm at this location. Complacent because it’s a Starbucks and they will always have customers or were they short staffed today. Whatever the case, one of the four people needs to just stop doing what they’re doing and go wipe the tables and pick up the trash. Everybody handling the cups of coffee should have noticed that they weren’t as hot as they should have been. I will give the benefit of the doubt and try this particular Starbucks at least one more time and hope that I don’t experience the same.

Sunday morning, just left this Starbucks location. The cashier young girl was sweet and helpful, while«Cat»(name given by employee) girl blue eyes was very unprofessional. I mentioned I had received an email for my awards card that offered 25% off Frappuccinos but I had left my phone in the car and was wondering if they had the code handy, she gave me a «I don’t think so» look and told me she needed the code. Before I even walked away she whispered with an attitude to the cashier something like«pfff, there’s no such offer». I retuned with the code, and she said to the cashier: «OH, ok, enter that code». She then proceeded to make my frapp, which came out unusually sweet, tasted like a couple extra pumps. However, I decided not to even deal with asking for another one. Not a very pleasant experience.

Starbucks is like that reliable app you can count on: consistent results, gives you rewards and won’t make you wait long. This one is a winner for my sweetie since he loves Einsteins Bros Bagels(conveniently located next door) so it’s like visiting his two BFFs at one time. The patio seating with a view of the freeway is an added bonus. Har har.

I have recently become a fan of Starbucks. Friday morning I had a huge issue with my usual breakfast sandwich the ham and swiss. While I will not go into detail about why I will never eat the ham and swiss breakfast sandwich again… the manager was quick to fix my problem when I went back later in the afternoon! He remembered me from the morning and obviously felt terrible about what happened. He did not make any excuses just fixed the problem. He offered me anything I wanted but I knew it would be some time before I could eat again! I will not let this stop me from visiting this specific location because I know it was not their fault and the manager did a great job!

I visit Starbucks 3−4x a week. Moved near this one in November. I frequent this one and the on Tierrasanta Blvd. I prefer this one. They’re quicker and amore accurate here. Never had an issues and everyone is nice. It can get busy around lunch time, so many offices the next street over, but they get through the line quickly! Had to wait for a new pot of coffee to be brewed so they comped my coffee. Thanks for the free coffee today! :)

Love that it’s so close to my work! Always so friendly and efficient! Great patio area outside to relax and enjoy your beverage before going to work. Also conveniently located near other restaurants /gas station so your not driving around on your break.

The only reason this Starbucks has 4 stars is because of the LACK of ‘Drive Thru’. Say it with me people, «Drrrriiiiiiive Thhhrrrruuuuu». I don’t get Starbucks often, but when I do, it means I’ve had less than 5 hours of sleep, I have a huge day ahead of me, I’m sick, or one of my students have me a Starbucks gift card that is burning a hole in my pocket(iPhone). For that reason, I would prefer not to get out of my car(yes, first world problems). However, these baristas are sweet, they remember their customers, and they ask if you want sprinkles or extra syrup… Stuff like that. My favorite barista is Jose! He remembers my name and my purple mug! It’s the little things! Try the tuxedo mocha with soy milk; it’s heaven.

My trenta ice coffee was all ice… It’s 40 degrees outside I didn’t need that much ice. If you’re going to be stingy with your coffee at least make it less obvious.

Awesome about this Sbux is their location — I like my coffee with a good bagel(okay, only on weekends), and I also like to take advantage of the outdoor patio right next to Einstein Bagels. Double-check. The store itself is not big and only has a few seats. Folks are always friendly though and chatty. And, if you feel adventurous, you can even get your coffee, bagel, AND a hair cut as there is a Supercuts right next door. All needs met. 4 stars.
