This is, hands down, the worst Starbucks I’ve ever stepped foot into. This location is ALWAYS out of supplies. That is the biggest annoyance to me because it’s usually caramel syrup that they are out of. This happens so often(I’d say 9⁄10 times) that I usually ask if they have syrup on hand before ordering my drink. The part that I find odd is that this Starbucks is located in a grocery store, and they rather make alternative drinks for customers than just pick up a bottle of syrup from the store that they’re already in. In the past they have also run out of cups on several occasions. This isn’t a huge issue, as they usually hook me up with a Venti when they run out of Grande cups, which is every freaking week! There creamer is always out, and that entire station is always in disarray. Another issue is that this location is never staffed with the proper number of baristas. About 4 – 5 months ago they had two AWESOME female baristas working there(Alyssa and Ashley) and they totally rocked. Coffee was made fast, they were never out of supplies, and they understood the concept of customer service. Now, this location is always seriously understaffed and when they are staffed, it’s always with slow baristas that don’t understand that the people going there for coffee would like to do so in under 15 minutes. This morning I stopped by, desperate for a Venti anything. I know they are always out of stock, so I enter the situation knowing that I am not going to get the drink I want, but rather the drink that they are able to make with what few items they have available. I get there and the line is out the door. I’m exhausted, and already in the store so I figure I will suffer thru the wait. 20 minutes later, I’m finally at the register and waiting for the ONE barista to bang out the three Frappuccino’s(I would refer to it as a caramel Frappuccino, however, they were out) it he was moving at a snail’s pace! I finally just decided it wasn’t worth it and left. 15 minutes late for work, and no coffee. I really hate to leave such a nasty review, but this location is very close to my office and it would be awesome if they could finally get their s*it together so that I can conveniently get my coffee every morning.

Not sure why everyone is saying the service here is bad, I’ve always thought they were super friendly and fast here. In particular there is one guy there that is always nice and makes conversation. I always like going to this Starbucks.

i stopped going here a while ago because of how abnoxious and rude the«manager» was. i dont care to hear his snide comments and crass opinions about current events & politics. i can’t believe the terrible things he said about other customers as soon as they left. i actually saw hime hide under the counter from a customer once… really!!! i am just there to get coffee. once he was too busy talking to another empoyee they completely forgot my drink, i waited for at least 10 minutes. this is a convinient location for me, and i would frequent it often if it wasn’t for him.

Bad customer service. I got attitude from the cashier and the person making my coffee. I have a very good friend who works at Starbucks and she hates it when people are bad at being Starbucks employees. And I am really glad she was not with me just now. My order was not correct, but tasted okay. I asked for extra flavor in my chai and it tastes mor elite water than chai. This is my second time here, last time I asked for«pour over» version of my coffee and they just poured it right out of the main tank of old coffee. Please, someone step in and make it better over here. My roommates and and friends who live in this neighborhood all tell me to skip this place. Now I am convinced. Someone message me when it gets better.

i came in and there were two people«on register.» one was finished up helping a guest and the other, ERIC, was just staring off into space or watching some other customer?! i dont know. once the other barista was done with the other customer the guy who was staring over my head(im a short girl) acknowledges me and but still doesnt greet me or anything. RUDEMUCH! longer story short, he just stood at the register doing NOTHING while i had to walk over to the register to pay and wait for my drink(which is a given, but seriously he could have helped out his fellow co-worker with the drinks). RUDE, no team work, THUMBSDOWN

Meh… I do like their cheese danish! I went in to buy a cheese danish yesterday and they were all sold out. I instead ordered a piece of pumpkin bread(mmmm punkin bread! ;D) and it was very stale. I didn’t open it to find that it was stale until I got home. SInce it was stale I ate ramen, which made me very sad since I really wanted a tasty baked good. I’m disappointed in you starbucks.

Hello my dear old friend. Just like most starbucks. clean and friendly place to order my coffee. Any time I have a chance to go to a new place like this I love it. I think that they should have a lower price for us regulars!!! Cheers
