I like this location because it’s so close to home. Today I received the best service from a young lady named Cler. She was so patient with me and my picky requests. It was one of the best Subway experiences I’ve ever had. I hope to have this young lady help me next time I come in.

Came in for a good sandwich after my game! Rainy day, as soon as I walked in I was greeted. Got a recommendation(Subway Club), and it was bomb!!! I got all my veggies on it and meats oh man! The guy and girl working there did a good job and were sufficiently quick! Great recommendation Jose! I’ll be back!

TOENAILINMYLITTLESISTERSTUNA. I’m not a huge fan of subway but today I was in a rush and the sandwich emporium parking lot was full. I swore off subway a couple months ago and against my better judgement I went here to grab 2 sandwiches. The two girls that worked there were younger and clearly didn’t give a shit about their job. I get it. It’s subway and you’re making minimum wage. However, finding a toenail is so unacceptable. And right after the rat in the sandwich scandal at that other subway? You would think all subways would be on high alert! Anyways so I take the sandwiches to go and I give my parents the turkey and share the tuna with my sister. First bite into the sandwich and I feel something hard in my mouth. I tried to figure out what it was and when I couldn’t, I spit it out. THANKGOD because there was a huge ass toenail clipping. Wtf man. Now I’m even less of a fan. Subway, I hate you.

Watch an employee put a dollop of tuna salad that had fallen off to the side back in the container. Don’t know how long it was sitting there. Not gonna eat tuna salad anymore.

Ok so I have been coming here since I was 2 because I live down the street. Never in my life have I experienced disrespect and ignorance at this location as I did last week. Some chick I had never seen before who i later found out was the MANAGER and her name is Shelly! I was standing back while I was texting so I was not being rude in case other ppl came in. 1 person was in there when I walked in and he was just about to leave. I looked up and walked over to the counter because this female was basically harassing me to take my order. I specifically stood back form the counter as I was not ready. She asked me if I was ready 4 times. The second time she asked me I said no not yet, she then proceeded to ask me 2 more times. After the 4th time I gave up on my text and went to the counter to appease her rudeness. I had 2 orders. 1 tuna, 1 veggie. 2 separate orders. tuna was fine. She then started making my veggie sandwich which was for me and put like 2 or 3 pieces of vegetables. Mind you i have NOMEAT or CHEESE on my sandwich. So I politely asked her if she could please put vegetables on it since I do not have any meat or cheese. She gave me a dirty look and put like 2 to 3 more pieces on. So I was a little put off as I come here once a week and have never had such rudeness or attitude before. She asked me if I wanted anything else and I told her I would like the $ 6 combo. 6 inch, chips, and drink. She asked me specifically for which one. I said the Veggie please. She proceeded to check me out, now I did order avocado. I asked why was it so high and that was her reply. The total for my order came to: $ 7.58, I felt it was to high but i needed to get to work b4 my lunch break was over. I looked at my receipt and automatically knew I was over charged. I called and asked to speak to the manager about this because I was over charged. I specifically said the $ 6 meal. Not $ 6.35 which is what it came out to be. She asked me which one I wanted it for and specifically said the VEGGIE. Now when I called back she proceeded to argue with me over the phone about it after saying. «Oh yeah i remember you, your the one who made me wait so long to serve you.» I told her she over charged me and she asked me how. I told her«I told you I wanted to $ 6 dollar meal and you over charged me by .35. She then replied«well I did not know which one you wanted it for. I told her well that’s not true because you specifically asked me which one it was it for and I said the veggie. Her response with a major major attitude was«well i don’t know what to tell you, you’ll have to speak to my regional manager. she offered me the phone number started saying it right away after I had already told her I was driving. I told her I needed to pull over to the side of the road and find a pen. She hung up on me and did not answer the phone for the rest of the night instead of waiting for me to grab a pen. I called yesterday same, no answer it just rang and rang, and rang. I was appalled at her disrespect. I have been coming to this subway for 27 years and I have never been so angry with the ppl that work there. She is disgusting. She should not be working a customer service position LETALONEMANAGINGONE! My whole family lives in this area an we will not be coming here anymore if this is the type of service that will be provided. ou used to have a great manager a few years back and then you transferred her to PB??? why??? This retard is a jerk! I have a degree in hospitality management and I also work for a internet marketing firm so I highly suggest you choose better candidates to provide customer service. I will not return until she is gone! Nor will my family which is a total of 9 people that come at least once a week.

Worst subway ever. Jessica and Karen are lazy and have the worst customer service ever. It wasn’t even that busy, maybe 3 people getting food. They were so lazy that they stuck my sandwich in the toaster with the guys ahead of me and when I got it back to work it was ice cold. How hard is it to toast a sandwich?! I wasted my whole lunch from work going over there and having to go back to return the sandwich the worst part is the attitude they gave me. I’ve worked in customer service 9 years and would fire my employees for being that rude.

I visited today. My sandwich was ok. just ok. The associates working were not helpful, and made a simple trip to subway almost painful. My diet coke was good…

I don’t know if this chick was high or just retarded. Told her what I want, not that hard, and she literally messed up on my sandwich. N put extra stuff on it that the guy behind me was telling the employee helping him. I liked the extras, don’t get me wrong, but pay attention. Oh and she burned my bread. Put it in oven twice. Why??? I was to irritated to say anything n just wanted to leave. Sandwich was bad. Wasn’t fresh at all. And maybe u should have employees wash hands THOROUGHLY. My stomach got so upset. Probably went to the bathroom 12 times that day. If u want a good subway go to the one on morena and Linda vista.

It’s subway. Not much to say about a half assed sandwich shop. It’s cheap, filling and better for you than a whopper. Gotta get the Sriracha sauce… on everything. And don’t let them skimp on ingredients. Sometimes they’ll add two olives on a foot long and I almost go postal.

The bread was hard, they ran out of cc cookies, they only put 4 pieces of turkey, and they always put too much mustard. They ran out of cc cookies. After every ingredient the guy said«anything else, anything else…“he said it about ten times. The workers usually seem disinterested in making my sandwich. I’ll only return if I’m desperate.

I have no idea what her name was but she made my sandwich exactly how I like it. She didn’t skimp on the veggies. I usually ask for a lot of olives. Some places make me ask twice but not here! I also started adding the sweet onion teriyaki sauce on the spicy Italian. Soooo bomb! Definitely going to take advantage of those subway deals!

This subway was alright, just like the rest of them. The workers here look un-assertive. Most particularly the employee who made my sandwich. When it was my turn to order, I was simply greeted with an «eye brow greeting»(I don’t know if that’s a real word for it) but it was a facial gesture acknowledging I had her attention. So I greeted myself and order. So I told her my order. Then she went looking for the meat for a smoke house bbq chicken In the fridge, since they ran out in the front. Then she came back with it and had to ask what I ordered again. Keep in mind these are pre measured and pre mixed with sauce(c’mon now…). She finished wrapping the sandwiches and bagged them and left me at the register to start another customer’s sandwich. Again, not another word from her. I’m assuming she doesn’t know register yet since she left me hanging. Would’ve given 3 stars for a normal subway, but docked 1 star for little to no interaction. Probably the least-friendly subway I have gone to. Go for your subway fix. Don’t expect stellar customer service though.

Not a bad spot to go into. Just very small. I ran into here thinking it would be like the others. But I ran into people who do not speak any English. How weird is that? I think that they should at least put a sign outside. No English speaking inside. We will so our best to take your money with out the proper service. Long story short, Going to another subway were the grass is greener and the prices are correct. Oh and they speak proper English. Later

I specifically wanted to try a Subway breakfast sandwich simply because I’ve never tried one and I didn’t want to get too full from eating a breakfast burrito from the local taco shop. This Subway location was empty when I went in and promptly received a cheerful greeting. They follow the familiar assembly line routine, with choices of bread, cheese and fillings, and for $ 2.28 you can still cram the entire sandwich/salad bar in your English muffin sammy. I thought they had a flattop grill somewhere to make the egg, so I was thrown for a loop when she asked me, «White or yellow?» Huh o0 ?! I look over and there’s two separate containers with premade egg whites… and…yellows. I’m not snobby, realizing where I’m at, and understand that egg yolk is the alternative, but«yellow» is not a palatable menu option. I do appreciate that Subway does a healthy egg white breakfast sandwich. My sandwich today tasted just fine: lightly toasted plain English muffin, along with egg whites and melted pepper jack cheese. I added fresh tomato, baby spinach, crisp cucumber, and spicy jalapeño slices. No added oil, dressing, or sauces. I would have preferred if the bread was a little more toasted, but other than that, the little breakfast ‘wich was just right for starting the day.

I accidently wrote a bad review for this location. I was meaning to write the bad review for the Subway at the Clairemont square. My apologies. This location is great.

I adore Subway Eat Fresh and eat at quite a few of them. Since I like them so much and most seem the same, I don’t tend to rate each one I visit, but this one was spectacular. I stopped in at around 3:30pm on a Monday, so there was no one in sight. But, when I walked in, I was greeted — and not in the standard«Welcome to Subway» — this one had an exclamation mark at the end. The two employees were happy to greet me and serve me. The woman who made my sandwich brought back the«sandwich artist» status and was nice the whole way through. When I left, I was thanked for stopping by.
