Ordered the chili fries. Looked good on the menu. In reality, it wasn’t worth buying. Fries didn’t taste fresh, hardly any meat, and it left a bitter aftertaste. Not sure if there was any cheese added? If so, it must have blended with all the grease. One star just because I did eat it, otherwise it would have been money in trash.

What happened Super Fries?! This place use to serve big portions & now they are tiny! We ordered a medium Chili & Cheese Fries & waited 15 minutes for our order. There was another customer ahead of us but regardless, our order should not have taken so long & neither should have theirs. They do make their fries fresh & will drop a basket of fries when you make your order. The worker seemed like she was in Lala land because she asked us to repeat our order twice! The fries were fresh & they will drop a basket of fries when you order. The fries were decent & my boyfriend asked for a side of jalapeños. She warned us they were frozen… Hm. We paid $ 6.01 with tax for our order & it comes in the same container that fries come in at In-N-Out but a smaller portion. It definitely was not worth that price, especially with the service we got. Save your money & enjoy a meal at the other restaurants in the food court.

There was absolutely nothing super about these fries. First of all, the wait time for my order to come out was long. On top of that, my fries with cheese and barely any bacon weren’t hot and fresh. What a disappointment! I could’ve made better fries at home.

Wasn’t that bad. I got an order of onion rings/fries and I also wanted to try the wings. Fries were very good. Salted just right, from fresh potatoes not frozen, and came out crispy and a little oily. Onion rings were interesting, but in a good way. They were breaded and reminiscent of a tempura type batter, where they were really crispy. At certain points where the batter bunched, the inside was bready. I don’t think that was the intent, but it was actually pretty good that way. The wings were good, but I’m not much of buffalo sauce fan. I wound up eating them without the sauce. There wasn’t much flavor to it. The concept I was hoping for was different in that I wanted many different options of different fries, like garlic fries or truffle fries. I wasn’t really in the mood to try chili fries because I wanted to taste the«fry» without it be drenched with chili and cheese. I will also give props to the guy who fried my order. He did it just right. I can see that the quality would not have been there if it wasn’t executed correctly. I would it more like a 3 ½ stars losing a few for price point being a little high, and that they ran out of trays.

The food was ok. I had their American dog combo that came with fries and a drink. It took 10 – 15 minutes to get my order though since it was solely one cashier who was also the cook making 3 orders total(me plus two other customers). If they had a cook separately from the cashier food orders would probably go out quicker. Overall the fries were alright… not super like they claim. The hot dog was decent.

I got the mini corn dogs and fries. The fries were fresh and not previously frozen and I thought they good. The corn dogs were tasty! My boy-friend got a hot dog with cheese on it and he said it was good. It’s mall food, so I don’t really expect much, but it’s also fun food.

To be honest… I really didn’t see anything SUPER about these fries. They were kinda soggy… really! Could have used a little seasoning too.

As an enthusiast of French fries, I had expected it to be distinct as a stand-alone place for fries, in which it kind of was from the toppings that they serve compared to rest of the food court. I got the Chili Cheese fries. The fries themselves were okay. It wasn’t as crispy as I wanted it to be(not from the chili sogging on them). The chili and cheese were alright. The lady that was working there seemed energyless as if she was bored. For the fries and the service combined, I’ll say that it’s a bit pricey in my opinion. I’ll probably give a 2nd chance if I pass by it again, but there are some other places that serves fries as well.

After snacking on a corn dog @ Hot Dog on a Stick, my friend felt the need for some chili cheese fries. I don’t know why, I tried to stop him. It took a couple of minutes for them to fry them. This place seemed to be much more popular than the other fast food choices at the Horton Food Court. The fries aren’t anything special. Chili cheese fries are basically cheese-wiz and a tiny amount of really salty chili. The atmosphere is horrible; tons of teenagers hanging around with nothing better to do. This is the first mall that I’ve been to that doesn’t have any security guards around.

GROSS!!! Being pregnant, I was craving hot dogs. i got one from the kiosk down by the ice rink, and it was decent. But I wanted more. So walking around here @ this mall, I wanted another hot dog. Stopped by Super Frieds and I spent too much money here on both my bf and i. He got the chili cheese dog and he said it wasnt satisfying. I got the bacon and cheese dog and it wa gross. I thought it woulda been like the ones here at home in Los Angeles over @ fashion district, bacon wrapped dogs with whatever fixings on top. Nopes. its was bacon bits with whiz cheese? eww. I couldnt eat it. it was gross. If you want a hot dog, just go up a block to Hot Dogs @ 428. better selection and u get what u pay for.

I ordered the fries and rings platter, and got more fries than onion rings. Plus, it took at least five minutes just to get my order. Granted, they were fresh off the fryer, but to take that long to cook? Sheesh. Next time I’ll be headed to Hot Dog on a Stick!

Had 15 minutes to grab something to eat so that we could catch the 3:15 showing of Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. The food was expensive … $ 7 for fries and 4 dinky little wings. With that said … the wings were very crispy and actually good. I had to wrap up the fries and bring it into the theater, but they were yummy and soggy just the way i like it.

I love fries, but this is poor execution. It could not survive in any place other than a mall. It’s mall food.

Fries are good and hot, but service sucked. Being served by four seventeen-year-olds kind of annoyed me. I ordered regular fries. No cheese, no chili, no bacon, no NOTHING, but I still waited 8+ minutes. I mean if you’re gonna call your joint Super Fries, maybe you should have fries constantly being prepared. Just a suggestion. If you’re shopping and low on fuel, reload at Super Fries. If you have an option, just get something decent, like Hot Dog on a Stick, which is right next door.

I give it two stars my daughter gives it four. You see the average. There’s nothing super about super fries. The fries are okay. They are creamy and crunchy, but they remind me of McDonalds with skin on.(flavorings and such; fillers and preservatives) I got Chili cheese fries the first time. It was Stagg chili. It’s a good CANNED chili. The cheese sauce was a very mild almost flavorless orange gloop. Not even a garnish of grate sharp or medium cheddar. I didn’t want to come back, but we were in the area and young teenage girls whine their way to what they want. So, I got Bacon Cheese Fries. This time the cheese sauce had flavor. Someone sprinkled black pepper in it. The bacon was limp; cooked and chopped with white floppy bits of fat. I had bacon flavor without bacon texture. Service here was lackadaisical. The minimum wage teens were not interested in service with a smile. My attitude changed with the introduction of theirs. They also serve flame grilled hot dogs. I don’t get to eat American hot dogs; they seemed a popular item with the Mexicanos. All in all it’s a cheap snack to tide you over ’til dinner time. Not funny? Okay, I was dressed as a jedi knight. And I was with a group of similar nerds. And I was the small one at 200 Kilos Yes, 200 Kilos; I have the extra reinforced sand scooter But, I don’t need it ‘cuz I got the Force. (for this I passed up a cheese steak?)
