Super Jumps

I have used them twice before. Called a month in advance to book. They followed up a week before to confirm, but never called the day before to set up drop off time. Didn’t return any calls the day before, day of or day after. They left me stranded the day of my party with no tables, chairs or bounce house. I would never take the risk and use them and not know if they would follow through.

Not the best transaction but they were there right on time and great delivery people. Great product n prices.

They came to the rescue for my sons’ first birthday party last year! I will be using them again for their next birthday party!

I found this business on Craigslist. I got the deal of a bounce house, two tables and 16 chairs for $ 85. I needed an extra table with chairs and it only cost an additional $ 5. I was outside their free delivery zone (they’re based in Chula Vista and I live in Clairemont Mesa) so there was an extra delivery fee (I think it was $ 20 or $ 25 but the deal offset the cost of going with a more local company). I spoke directly to the owner and she was very courteous and professional. She was great at managing expectations and called and showed up EXACTLY when she said they would. That was huge! In my line of work I deal with a lot of vendors and they rarely show up when they say they will or give you a window of a couple of hours. After they set up the jumper, they took out a spray bottle and spot cleaned a few extra spots. I could be wrong (I was focused on setting up for our party) but I think they even took out a vacuum and did a little extra cleaning inside the jumper. That is all to say the jumper was extremely and impeccably clean. Great deal, reliable business and friendly and pleasant staff. I only have good things to say about this business and would highly recommend them.

Great jumper rentals! Love their deal: a 13×13 jumper 6 tables and 36 chairs for $ 100, can’t find a better deal anywhere else! I’ve rented from them a few times and will continue to do so. They come on the day of around 10am (they call to confirm the day before) and pick up the next morning! Good customer service, friendly and just plain awesome!
