Always got good haircuts here.
Just walked by on a Tuesday more than an hour before closing time to watch them cleaning up and ignoring me while I stand outside. The girl sweeping cut my hair before but wouldn’t make eye contact. Not coming back. That was awkward

There are great stylists at this location. Ruben is not only a great stylist, but he is a wonderful, interesting fellow. He cuts my hair, and also my 3yo son’s, very well. My son always looks forward to seeing Ruben. He is great with kids and adults alike.

My first haircut at Supercuts and I asked for Ruben because of the reviews here on Unilocal.Great reviews and they are true!!! My hair was almost shoulder length and I wanted it cut short again. He gave me exactly what I wanted. He is the best and I love you Ruben. See you in about 4 – 6 weeks.

Where do I begin? Ruben is such a talented young man! I have complicated hair and he took the time to nurture it back to beautiful health. I don’t trust a lot of people with my hair, but definitely he is added to my book. Ruben is the stylist to go to if you want your hair in good hands! ;)

If you blink, you’d miss this place but once you’re in? Totally worth it! Their stylist Ruben is absolutely fantastic — so much so that I now make appointments with him regularly. The quality of cut you get is above and beyond what you would expect from a Supercuts quite frankly. The staff here is very friendly and there is ample parking on surface streets in the neighborhood off of El Cajon Blvd. The wait can be a little long at times, that’s why I recommend making an appointment via their website.

I’ve been to this location twice and used the phone app check in both times. The first time I had to wait 20 minutes past the estimated time and the 2nd time was more than a 30 minutes past the estimated time. For a simple 10 minute military cut, I’m not impressed with those wait times. The haircut quality is appropriate for the $ 18 fee.

I am now always going to this Super Cuts. Last week was my first visit. I had a hair emergency. A friend cut my bangs, lets just say it did not turn out well. I was panicking at the thought of going to work the next day. Anyways I arrived and first spoke to Ruben who was super friendly and reassured me they would be able to help me. There were a couple people ahead of me so I went and grabbed a coffee and headed back over. Then they took me right in. Brittany talked me through what she was going to do. She was relaxed, confident which helped me feel so much better. After she was done, I was amazed! Brittany did an awesome job. She’s easy to talk with and she’s got skills! So thank you Brittany! I will definitely be going back to see her. I highly recommend Brittany and this Super Cuts.

I got a hair cut. And I paid for it. Miracles can happen. The girl that cut my hair didn’t seem super excited but she was conversational and want super awkward I just wanted a hair cut and she cut it so super easy. Everyone loved it so she must have done well. :)

Just got a root touch up and a clarifying treatment by Brittany. She’s awesome. My usual Deborah came in later today so I got to get my hair done by Brittany. She took her time, was very personable, and is a great asset to Super Cuts. Love my hair, would so recommend her.

Ruben hooked me up with a sweet cut, and was a really personable and caring person. He asked me the questions and clarified my own regarding the look that I truly want my hair to have. He was very honest about the products being sold, and led me towards finally investing in a bottle of tea tree moisturizer. Excellent experience overall, and I will definitely be back in the future!

It looks like a kindergartener just cut my husband’s hair. He is currently in the bathroom fixing it with his clippers. Definitely not going back. Waste of time and money. We should be out surfing ny now.

Tina is NOT only very kind and easy to talk to but she also cuts fantastic hair. I brought in a photo of a somewhat difficult long a-​line Bob and she nailed it. Super job. I will be back!

What can I say. I came in for a hair cut and I regret every minute of it. My stylist was Samantha. Well Samantha only wants to cut your hair all fast and get you out. When I got home my wife toldme I had several areas were my hair was longer than other places. What a waste of time and my money she didn’t deserve her tip now I have to go back and get it done again..

Ruben is awesome! I found him about 6 months ago and now i will only go to him. He is professional and knows his stuff. My teenager also thinks he does a great job on his picky self which says alot.
Give him a try and u will see what i am saying.

This supercuts location is in an odd spot. in-​between Carl’s Jr. and Lips and yet little parking for patrons. The inside is very spacious but doesn’t have the typical supercuts look you find at other locations. My stylist here was Tina, who did a good job with my hair and preferred to take a quicker route to cut my hair than others have. She made for good conversation and if you go here, I would say you will be satisfied with her work. However, this location charged me $ 18 for a haircut, without shampoo, which is just too much considering other places I could go to in the same area. You’ll find this Supercuts a decent place and they get the job done, but I must say there are better options out there.
