I’m a pretty laid back and patient guy but dang are their sales reps rude. Seriously, if you’re actually reading this review please visit another tmobile store for service unless you’re just paying your bill. First of all, I know for a fact that this isn’t a corporate store just by the service that was given. Let me tell you, one of their sales rep looks completely clueless with what whatever he’s doing and looks so confused every time I asked him if he knew what he was doing. His face gets red and he’s always fumbling with his words which makes me worried. Yikes! He might be new but he seemed pretty confident every time he answers something to another customer when I know it’s wrong lol. There’s another girl there who had highlights… Absolutely rude. Like I said, im a pretty chill guy but holy s***. I had trouble ordering a new phone because of a system mess up and she literally told me to deal with my tmobile problem elsewhere when I asked for help. It got to the point where I had to talk to their support line myself and figure out my situation. Of course she didn’t want to help me because it was an issue rather than an accessory sale. Sales people always thinking about commissions over people I swear. I was able to talk to the manager and dealt with the problem myself over the phone with retail support. It was more work when it shouldn’t be. I didn’t want to waste my time and theirs but I had no choice. Maybe it was an off day for them, idk. But Bernie(manager) please get them together. I know it’s not a corporate level store nor does it feel like one but still. A customer should feel like a customer, not a victim. I feel like they might do something to my account if they read this review. ANDTHATSHOW I SHOULDNTFEEL. I don’t think I will being going back there anytime soon. Too bad because it’s the closest one to my house. I’m willing to make a drive just to avoid this store. Advice: Please ask them to be clear and don’t let them pressure you. Remember, you are the customer. It isn’t a corporate level store so they are allowed to tweak certain rules so please beware! –From one customer to another

— Guy said«Hey sir, I can help you out over here.» Then i guess the manager said«No, finish helping them.» So i’m standing in fucking like for the last 10 minutes before the close, Then one of the employes say«Sorry sir we are closed now, Could you come back tmrw.» This is freaking ridiculouse !
