Terrible customer service, I came here to fix my iPhone 6S and I left feeling ignored and frustrated, the lady that«help me» rush in between clients and took a quick glance at my phone and do nothing! No wonder is empty…

Upgraded phones and asked if there was anyway to lower monthly bill. Asian guy told me he was going to hook me up with a new plan but in order to get it i had to order sprint connect for the house phone. I hesitated but i still was going to save 15 bucks. I thought i got a good deal. Turns out i could of gotten the deal he supposedly hooked me up without the extra home phone service. I felt cheated, he purposely lied so he could sell me more services i didn’t need. The home phone was a 2 year contract as well. Horrible customer service. Went to another store on college grove and got this all fixed up.

If I can give this review zero stars I would! This sprint store Is horrible! I went on Saturday to upgrade my phone from an iPhone 5s to an iPhone 6s. The Asian store manager didn’t want to help me and said I wasn’t eligible. I went to trade in my phone for the new one. It seemed like he didn’t want to go through all the trouble and said that I didn’t qualify for that promotion. So I went to another sprint store, a much busier sprint store and they helped me very well. I came in and I asked them about the promotion of trading my phone in and they gladly helped me. Since I was the first one doing the promotion it took them a while to get it through my account. I walked out with the new iPhone 6s 128 GBs. I told the employer about how this store told me I didn’t qualify for the promotion and he told me that the Asian guy probably didn’t want to go through all the trouble. Thankfully I didn’t listen to this store manager. No wonder is always empty. Because horrible customer service!

I got suckered into a useless tablet. I was told it was«free», so after some hesitation and prodding by the salesman and assurance that it was completely free, I figured why not? Well, a month later, I get my bill to see over $ 100 in billing for the tablet with a new number. No one told me there was a number and again it was supposed to be free! I ask to return it and I am stonewalled. Apparently you only have 14 days… But it takes a month to get a bill… I try again, ask for a manager, and I’m kicked to the curb. I feel bamboozled and now have to pay on this piece of crap for the next few years… I call Sprint and they make some concessions and refund the bill and provide other credits, which I do appreciate, but the store was no help. One star for customer service and one star for not being forthright. I recommend to find a Sprint corporate store.
