The Haircut Place

I have gotten my hair cut here a couple of times and have been pleased with the results. Today however I was not happy with my cut. I felt I explained what I wanted and how much to take off but the stylist took off more. So right now my hair is way shorter than I have ever had it. It is going to take some getting use to and I know my husband is not going to like it. Maybe tomorrow I will feel better about my hair cut.
Anyway, the shop was clean, welcoming and not very busy, and the ladies working were very friendly and efficient. I just wish I had my hair back!

Bad service! Avoid this unless u want to wait on people that show up say they want a hair cut and just leave and the manager on duty tells u after 15min being there waiting… Oh by the way there are 2 ahead of u… When I’m the only one inside the waiting room… Avoid this place!!! Never go here unless u wanna wait on people that are not even there

This place was recommended to me by my aunt. Raquel seemed nice but idk what the hell is wrong with her like why she was lazy when cutting my hair?! I asked for layers and what I got was a mess! I went to the barber shop on national avenue, she showed me section by section the uneven hair that I had and Lorena there did an amazing job repairing the piece of shit job I received here at this salon. Never again, she charged me $ 18 to chop up my hair. Give Raquel a You did a horrible job, I will never again step foot in this shop. The star I left was mandatory, 0 stars isnt an option but i give you 0 stars!

My daughter and I get our haircuts here all the time. My go to person is Karla. She always gets it exactly the way I want it. I always get my 4 year old daughter the inverted bob and she also does an excellent job!
The only reason why I didn’t give the place a full 5 stars is because some of the girls here could work on their interpersonal skills. Especially with greeting and acknowledging their clients when they walk through the door.
But I definitely give 5 stars to Karla!

I used to go to the location on highland ave because a family friend worked there so I thought I’d try this location. The atmosphere sucked, no music, a television that had soccer on (I guess considering the location I guess it’s appropriate) with the volume on 5 and the girls had no energy no personality. I walked in and was sat down immediately, she asked what I wanted and I told her plan trim straight across. My biggest pet peeve using a spray bottle and not actually washing my hair I can’t stand it, and of course thats what she used a damn spray bottle. The Haircut was okay for a straight across cut, the price $ 15. Is that a lot? Cause I feel like it was, especially when they have a sign outside that says regular cuts $ 10. They only accept cash and check no debit cards. Location is good.
