Says they open at 10:00 am but I waited until 10:30 and no one showed up. Planned my whole day around this! Very disappointed

Got the screen on my iphone fixed here for 130 dollars, they didn’t do it properly and it broke again within a month. I never dropped the phone during this time which was quite obvious, since I had two big cracks over the screen and nothing else. Also, the screen almost got loose because they had glued it very poorly. When I went there to talk to them about it, they were very unfriendly.

The store is nowhere near like I remember it to be. The previous individual that was so helpful before was not present. The person(Edgar) that assisted me today was very deceitful and made up his own prices that are nothing that a Corporate T-Mobile would charge. Edgar tried to charge me an IMEIFEE of $ 30.00 for getting my SIM card put into my new phone. I called customer care about this fee and they told me this fee was not a known fee and that T-Mobile would never charge such fees. I confronted Edgar about him charging me this fee after T-Mobile said I did not need to pay such a fee. He became very defensive and hostile towards me. This store lost its charm and I would advise people to read all the reviews about this T-Mobile location it is a fraud and has horrible service with deceitful tactics.

Be warned: this is not really a T-Mobile store, but an independent affiliate who use the name and logo but make up their own policies, practices, and prices. The staff are mostly incompetent and willfully dishonest. Every phone in the store has multiple prices, and they pick one depending on what they think you’ll pay. If they mess up a back-order, they’ll backpedal and lie about it, then refuse to fix it, refuse to replace it, refuse to refund it, and demand a restocking fee(they insisted the restocking fee for a Galaxy S5 should be $ 75 for tablets instead of $ 50 for smart phones because the S5 is a tablet???). Not only that, but it’s a tiny, terrible store with no working demo phones, and no phones in stock. Save yourself the time, hassle, and money and go to an actual T-Mobile corporate store(like Sports Arena or Mission Valley). By the way, the only 5-star review of this business is from one of the owners(Scudder Mersman): just more evidence of the shady BS to expect from them.

Really terrible service, the guy who works there I think his name is george doesn’t know much. I went in to get an iPhone 6, said ‘Apple sent out an email that no T-Mobile stores have an iPhone 6′ I called the T-Mobile by sports arena and they had one. If you pay your bill here they’ll charge you a 1 dollar fee which isn’t much but for having to deal with someone who is always talking out of their ass in the most aggravating way, they should be paying you.

Don’t use this store they are trying to fraud you! Go to another t-mobile store and you will get a better price. And for gods sake don’t pay any of the fees or dipositum that they say you should pay! They are trying to fraud you!

These guys are the worst. All the want is your money. They will«try» to help you out, but neglect to tell you all the hidden fees and small print. I have gone in 4 times since I got my phone back in February. Each time it was another thing I didn’t know about or a surprise. They will try to do stuff for you under the table to help you out and make them look like the good guys. Absolutely horrible. Waste of time. On top of that they will probably belittle or hit on you. Beware.

Nice to have a t-mobile only store in PB. Great service and free parking! Edgar was very helpful in figuring out how to switch from my Verizon to T-Mobile. Pretty simple process and no need to worry about a penalty from Verizon!
