This place had a long line in the drive through when I came in. There were only a few people in the dining room. While waiting at the counter there were 2 customers whose orders were incorrect and were corrected with no further issues.
I ordered the needy Fritos burrito box. The Doritos locos taco was great. Crunchy taco was a crunchy taco. Beefy Fritos burrito was a… burrito supreme? I went back to the counter and showed the open burrito to the cashier, who went back to the kitchen and told them «that guy said he didn’t get any Fritos in his Fritos burrito». They fixed me up with a whole new burrito and I threw the incorrect burrito in the trash, as requested by the cashier.
People make mistakes, fast food is no exception. They corrected their wrong and made me a happy customer.
