Taco Bell

I have tried numerous taco
combos here and each one has
something different about them.
I have tried the Quesarito Box, Doritos
Cheesy Gordita Crunch Box, 3 Doritos
Locos Tacos Combo and the Fiery
Doritos Locos Tacos.
See a pattern!!! LOL!
I got good results from the Doritos
Cheesy Gordita Crunch which is
my favorite one.
What Taco Bell has done with their
menu has changed quite a bit since
my days of coming here as a kid.
I never really ventured off to try
anything else and just stuck with
the soft shell taco but recently
that has changed.
I saw commercials advertising their
«new tacos» but never considered it
till a friends recommendation
and someone else I am close to has
tried it too. So I figured why not.
The Quesarito box is the first box I
tried. I ordered the Quesarito box at the
Mission Valley location and since then
I have moved on to the Balboa location because customer service and quality
of food is what keeps me coming back.
I was disappointed about what was in the
box except for one taco. I liked the Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunch.
I think I took a liking to this taco because I have had their flatbread tacos before with great results.
This particular taco was spicy the first
time I had it. In fact I could only eat
half of it but it was so delicious that I
couldn’t stop eating it.
When I eat a taco I usually start with the beef part and work my way up to the top. Since this taco had lettuce and cheese I would take one bite from the beef of the taco and cool off with the top
and end with a nice finish in the middle of the taco which cooled down the
spiciness of the taco plus my drink helped cool me down too.
I was not expecting that but it was a nice experience. After this I am officially hooked and tried several different forms of the Doritos tacos since. I am happy to report I had good results with all of the tacos from the Doritos family.

I usually order at night (8−10PM) and the guy that works here is really friendly and always gets the order correctly. I even noticed that he double checked the bags before handing them to me to make sure that there was no mistakes. I appreciate that thoroughness, especially for a Taco Bell.

Their incompetence is astounding. I’ve been to this TB twice and they’ve screwed up my order both times.
Pro tip to vegetarians visiting here: dont be see some meat on your food, even if you explicitly and them to replace it with beans.

I don’t normally frequent fast food establishments but I was in a bind and was forced too! I feel like Mexican food is the safest bet and Taco Bell was the closest. For 4.83 $ I got two bean burritos and a double decker taco. What made me decide to write a review was the customer service. The guy at the drive through window was exceptional. Now I feel bad for pigeon holing him as I drove up because he did not fit the description but man was he polite and courteous! The food tastes normal nothing extraordinary to write about but it did come out in about a minute! If I am in a bind again I will drive a couple miles away to this Taco Bell!

Avoid this place at all costs. I ordered a crunch wrap abs when I bit in, the employees placed a soda cup lid in the middle, causing me to cut the inside of my mouth. Not only is that disgusting, but it’s very immature and this place should be shut down by the health department. I called and emailed them explaining what happened and they never responded to me. I know Taco Bell establishments aren’t known for their top notch food and service, but this place goes down add the absolute worst Taco Bell over been to.

This taco bell in my opinion isn’t the best! The breakfast burritos are smaller than other taco bells I’ve visited. They also charge you .10 to add the creamy jalapeño sauce to your burittos, I’ve been to many taco bells and they are the first to charge. I’ve asked at other stores why some would charge and others wouldn’t and they said they have no clue, it’s like hot sauce so why should we charged for it. To bad it’s the only one by my new place that opens at 7 for breakfast.

They are not opened till 1:30am.it’s midnight and they are closed!!!

No big surprises here, food is always consistent and the staff is super quick and friendly, drive through or dine in. There usually no wait time in the line and the order is always accurate. Solid Taco Bell.

I love this Taco Bell! They always seem to get my order right and are always in a good mood. Nothing worst than getting a crunchy taco when you asked for soft.

I ordered 2 crunchy tacos and 2 soft tacos and the person taking my order asked me if I had been smoking weed before I came. Not only is that unprofessional but rude. Just cause im ordering 4 tacos doesnt mean im high. And then he continued to talk to his co worker about getting stoned. decent food for a Taco Bell but the service was questionable.

This taco bell is ok. You know what you’re getting when you come in here!
I’m from the bay, and we have outdated Taco Bells, so that didn’t really bother me. I’m there for food, not ambiance. It looked clean enough to me!
The service is always good, but sometimes one of the managers always skimps on the hotsauce! Like, whatchu meaaaan you’re gonna give me 3 fire sauces for 4 items? Forreal though. Like every time, they give me my food and close the window and I have to wait for them to notice that I’m still there because I am serious about my hot sauce, okay?!
And the main thing I don’t like is there beans sometimes taste WIERD. Like, they probably mixed 3 old batches in one weird. Idk, I haven’t noticed that at other ones.
And also, why do they close so early!!! Luckily there’s REAL mexican food in Linda Vista or Convoy street 24 hours a day which is probably better for my health tbh.

This place is a total dump inside and is in need of a serious remodel. The bathrooms were clean-​ish, and they actually had soap AND hot water.
The place just feels gross on the inside, head to the drive through and you won’t know the difference.

We stopped here to pick up a last minute dinner and were pleased with everything. They got the order correct.
It was fast and easy to order and get our food.
The prices were affordable.
The store has good curb appeal.
We’d eat here again!

Effing lies!!! It’s not open until 1:30!!! Arggggggg!!! Wtfffff!

Previously, I reviewed the wonder that is the KFC-​Taco Bell joint ventures. Those are really, really hard to beat. But sometimes, just sometimes, you just want to bask in the experience of an unadulterated Bell. Coming back from being abroad for nearly a year in a land unaccustomed to its joys is such a time. And so, not for the first time, Taco Bell was my first choice for food after stepping back in the States.
In addition to my normal three soft tacos (horse meat or not, they’re still awesome), I once again discovered that Taco Bell is always at the forefront of fast food innovation and now offer frozen Mountain Dew Baja Blast. That’s right! Baja Blast, on its own, is already sufficient reason to come here, but, as we all know, freezing something makes it better. Because science.
Summary: Honestly, I would give Taco Bell five stars, but then I would have absolutely no credibility on Unilocal

This is by far the worst Taco Bell ever. If you do go there plan on asking for your money back. And when they say sorry we can not give you your money back. Bad on you because you didn’t check Unilocal before going

I gave them 4 stars because they hooked me up with some free food for their World Series promotion. I got me a free Doritos Locos taco. Those are bomb. This particular location is ok. I would most likely give them a 3 star rating. It’s Taco Bell, you get exactly what you expect to get. It’s not the best mexican food in town. The location is fairly clean. The service is standard for what you get from a minimum wage worker. I have no problems in being a repeat customer for this location. Some times you get that craving for the 4^th meal and where better to go then here.

Service I have no qualms with. The cinnamon twists were appropriately helical, and the seven-​layer burrito was a pleasant surprise. I never eat past 1:30AM., so these business hours work for me just fine. I consider myself a faerie of Taco Bells, and the magic is still in me.

I haven’t been to Taco Bell in at least over a year and for some strange reason, the bf and I were craving some «non-​traditional» Mexican. Instead of getting out usual carne asada burritos and what not, we decided to give Taco Bell a shot. He ordered 4 beef tacos, and I got myself a chicken chalupa. The service was quick, they weren’t shady on the sauce (unlike Macdonalds). The food was just what i expected it to be, cheap, not the best, but filling.

I saw the $ 5 for 5 item deal on tv and it was a deal I couldn’t pass up. I drove by a Taco Bell today and I HAD to check out the deal. It really was $ 5 for 5 items. There were 2 choices for my dinner tonight. The beefy crunch box or the VOLCANO box. According to the menu, each box packs abaout 1300~1550 calories and I don’t know if it includes the soda. The beefy crunch box contains a crunch wrap, crunchy beef burrito, hard shell taco, cinnamon twists, and a drink. The volcanco box includes a volcano hard shell taco, volcano beef burrito, a regular hard shell taco, cinnamon twists, and a drink. I thought the items in the boxes were miniature size tacos and burritos but boy was I wrong. I ordered two boxes and only defeated one. The volcano box was tasty because they add a spicy fresca sauce which isn’t too spicy yet adds a kick to the food. I don’t come here often and I don’t plan on coming here often because I love Vallarta’s right across the street from taco bell so much more when I feel like eating real mexican food, but I HAD to check out this awesome deal. Since I only finished one box… I’m sure you all know what I’m eating for lunch tomorrow haha!
I gave this taco bell a 2 star for the deal! You can’t beat the price for food at taco bell, and you get what you pay for. The taco bell was fairly clean and everything was in stock such as hot sauce and utensils!
