I was looking for quotes when I called Terry and over the phone his quote was the best. He actually came to my home that afternoon, looked at the area where I wanted a patio slab, gave me a final estimate, which was very reasonable, and started the next morning. This was a simple rectangle patio slab. He hauled away several yards of dirt, framed, and poured concrete all within three days. They cleaned up as they went, were very professional, nice, polite people. I would highly recommend Terry and his crew.

We are very impressed with Terry Brewer’s fast and efficient concrete work. He and his crew completed our backyard remodeling with two retaining and stuccoed walls, a platform, and a large designed concrete patio in a week and a half. The team showed up Monday through Friday always on time (7:00 am) or earlier (6:40 am) and took off by 3:30 pm. He is a great communicator who not only knows his job well but understands his customers’ needs. He verified with us every stage of the project to make sure it met our expectation. His specialist, Daniel, is very talented. Daniel took pride in his work as shown by his diligence. We strongly recommend Terry for his specialty. We have used Terry Brewer for two concrete jobs. At our first house he built a retaining and stuccoed an existing wall. His price was fair. He completed the job on time, on budget and with quality. Because of this experience we contacted him again 15 years later when we decided to replace our backyard deck with a large concrete patio on a steep slope. We got three estimates. Terry’s price was fair and overall he seemed to best understand what we wanted to do. And again he did quality work, on time and on budget. He and his crew were on site every day by 7:30 and left our yard and driveway clean and orderly. We originally wanted to replace two concrete walkways that lead up to our front door but once we started talking to Terry we decided to concrete in two planters at our front porch area, extend our patio slab and add a walkway in the back yard. We had a few estimates but Terry seemed the most knowledgable and definitely the best price. We needed the work done ASAP and he was able to accommodate us. Terry was on the job site every morning by 7:30am so we could talk to him and discuss any questions we might have. This was great since we were both at work all day while the work was being done. Our daughter was home a lot of the time and she said they were constantly working hard all day long every day. The job was finished on time and for the price quoted and most importantly it looks great. We get a lot of nice comments from neighbors and friends.
