Bummer. New owner, so it’s in flux. Hopefully it will get better. Went in to get babydolls or chemises for Valentine’s Day and they had a handful of samples of one quantity of a few different styles. This is a specialty store, this isn’t online, this isn’t about having to place a special order. You should have merchandise at a lingerie shop for Valentine’s Day. Hello! I came here because it’s hard to find my size and I want to try stuff on. Super disappointed. Now I have to race over to Nordies or Torrid and hope they have something, because I need it now. The employee was new and didn’t know how to use the register, and didn’t offer to try to fit me in bras (I would have bought some). Not good.

I am in love! I was told by Nordstrom to visit the Enchantress because I have a hard to fit size, and I needed some new beautiful bras and panties. When I walked in I found everything I liked, and was pleased to see they also have beautiful teddies and sexy chemises and robes. The girls there know their stuff, and we’re so pleasant and helpful! I will definitely be a regular there!

I have very large natural breasts. I heard this place had what I needed. Support, full coverage, larger cup sizes, etc…
I walked in and was instantly happy with what I saw around me. The store was modern and I immediately was attracted to almost every style of bra they had to offer. The woman working in the store helped me right away. She found everything I needed. I ended up buying the first bra she had me try on! Awesome experience, great prices, wonderful customer service, quality bras. I am definitely coming back here in the future.

I love Enchantress! After a few hiccups trying to track them down after their move (which is a bonus for me since they are now closer to where I live), I have been there twice and been very happy both times. I liked the bra I bought the first time so much, I simply called and they ordered 2 more! They have 2 parking spots in the parking garage. Both sales girls have been very pleasant and helpful. Can’t wait for summer to try on their darling bathing suits designed by the owner.

Word to the wise, they’ve changed owners.
Not to say that the new owner isn’t running a fine establishment, I wasn’t pleased with my service.
1: her inventory was low and seemed to be from very old seasons. The bras that were presented to me were not age appropriate and not flattering.
2,3,4: the assistant didn’t really know what she was talking about. I came in and told her my size but she said she wanted to verify it with my account. Why does it matter? Just take my word to be true. Anyways, I told her my size in my favorite brand and she told me that they hadn’t secured their contract with that brand. Lame. So when she brought me some alternatives she told me that European brands don’t carry through K cup so the sizes are different. It’s the exact opposite, the majority of luxury lingerie European dealers carry through the K cup.
So to end this, I was insulted by the assistants lack of knowledge and became more insulted when she questioned me on knowledge of my sizing. The store also currently lacks a decent and current selection of clothing. So basically, NOT WORTH THE DRIVE.

Several years ago I would have given The E five stars, however not the case today.
As a 42GG size finding an excellent bra is tough. They did properly size me and introduce me to an excellent brand Elomi, which I love. However they never have my the brand, size, color and quantity I want in stock. And they do not call you (as requested) when product comes in. The saleperson tried to convince me that another cup size would work as well (really then what is the point of being properly sized?). Guess I’m just frustrated as this past Saturday I battled Pacific Beach traffic to get to their not so convenient location for their summer sale only to find as has been the case the past few times I’ve gone that they do not have what I need in stock. I love to support my locally owned shops, however they have forced me to order the bras online where I can be assured inventory and a better price.

If you have a confusing size this is THE PLACE to go. I will never go anywhere else again I’m so happy!

I visited the new location this weekend and was pleasently surprised with the expanded space & selection compared to the old Mission Valley store. We were warmly greeted and promptly served snacks, drinks and an amazing bra selection. My BFF & I shop this store once or twice a year. It’s the only place in San Diego that carries a wide selection of large cup bras. Thank you to all the staff for their help in a difficult mission.

Public Service Announcement: They just moved to PB!!! Now I have to drive even further to get my beloved hooters tights. They close kind of early which also sucks but they’re customer service and product quality make up for it. Love you ladies! Thanks for keeping my legs nice and sun tanned (c-​long lol).

If i could give this place ZERO stars I would.
I have been on a hunt for bigger sized bras. I was told to try this place.
First of all their bras are very expensive and very low quality. And they do not measure you for your size they ask you what you what size you think you are. At that point I should have walked away. Even victoria’s secret in the mall measures you and this store cannot?
I really needed two bras and I bought two bras and a tankini top for $ 180! Ridiculous amount of money. Turns out their bras are very UNCOMFORTABLE! A few days later i wanted to return my bras. They do no do returns only store credit. And the $ 70 tankini top I did not even look at they would not take back bathing suits are a final sale! And they only took back for store credit! I will not return to this store EVER AGAIN
Ladies save your money and go to a store in the mall which I did less money and much better quality.
And the store clerks are not very friendly! Actually they were very rude.
