Matthew spent quite a bit of time showing us almost every combination of mattress, frame and cover. He was very patient and knowledgeable, no pressure to purchase. After measuring our guest room, my wife and I decided that a futon would be too big for the space, but if we ever need a futon, we’d definitely find Matthew at this store or at the San Marcos location.

I went in recently just to browse and I gotta say, these are some nice futons! Tristan was super helpful and friendly, and he let me sit on all the mattresses. 10⁄10 would sit again. Will be going back after payday to get a mattress cover.

I had a very good experience with this shop. I needed to have two large seat cushions custom made (sans the covers which I have). Since these are custom made (I believe in Northern Calif) it did take awhile but because I plan ahead time wasn’t a concern. When the cushions came back the company that manufacturered these seat cushions stuffed them so full that the slip cover I have wouldn’t fit. No problem and without blinking an eye the young man who helped me said, «We’re shipping them back and getting you brand new ones so it is done right.» About 4 weeks later the new ones arrived and are beautiful. I really appreciated that he made me feel that I was a valued customer who they would support and make sure I got what I wanted and would be happy with it. I would definitely go back, in fact, I do plan to have other cushions custom made in the near future.

Definitely one of my more upsetting shopping experiences. Bought a pretty expensive item and was told 2 weeks best case, 4 weeks worst case for delivery. After a month having heard nothing from them I was feeling really uncomfortable. I went in to find out that they not only «do not do calls» but my bed frame wouldn’t be in for 4 months. I went to get a full refund and still haven’t seen those funds show up in my account.
The customer service was non-​existent and I would be wary buying products from a place that offered me a loaner bed frame. I hope for the sake of those that have/​will buy product from them that they at least tell you what you are buying has been previously loaned to someone else.

I recently purchased a queen futon, ottoman and end table from their La Jolla store. I will say the quality of their products is far better than most futons I’ve come across, though you do pay for it. I’d say it’s probably twice the price of your average futon. That said if you want something that will last and is Eco-​friendly look no further.
The customer service and delivery for my product was excellent. Matt and Tristan were very helpful and delivered and assembled the futon very quickly. The futon itself is very comfortable and looks great.
I’d recommend a holiday sale before coming here as it is expensive (I purchased mine over 4th of July), but definitely worth it.
