Terrible. How can a company raise rates and decrease service at the same time. I used to be proud to drive into my neighborhood, those days are gone. The incompetent people they hire to manage properties are about the cheapest people they could find to do the job. I have NO problem paying top dollar for top tier service, I do have a problem paying top dollar for continuing failure. Please replace my community manager at Agave!

Disgusted with the business practices of Prescott, specifically COURTNEYPARVEZ. I live in Savannah Terrace and I am not ashamed to say that i am HARASSED on a weekly/monthly basis by my HOA. They have finally recently left me alone possibly because I HADTOSHOWUPTO A HOAMEETINGWITHANATTORNEY so they would get off my back for doing NOTHINGWRONG !!! They have cited me for things that I have seen multiple homeowners do as well. I have asked these homeowners if they ever get cited and bombarded with notices and they say NO. Not to mention when it comes to the areas that THEY need to keep clean they can’t be held responsible… in the front of my house which apparently is the HOA property, I cannot keep a pair of flip flops outside overnight yet a bird can have a family in the corner of my front patio, poop all over, and it literally has NOTBEENCLEANED for over 3 years I kid you not. Apparently it’s my job to clean it up since its MY property, but when I want to keep shoes outside overnight, it’s HOA property and I am not allowed to do so. This is just the tip of the iceberg. I have also been accused of purposely killing the plants in my front yard. Yes, because I have nothing better to do with my time than kill plants. I am a LAWABIDINGCITIZEN and I have paid every single bill on time, not to mention I keep my home and my surrounding area impeccable, even the areas I do not have to. I have gotten YELLEDAT by Courtney a number of times and it seems I am not the only one!!!(See review below!!!) It is disgusting how she addresses people, and it’s even more disgusting how I have brought her serious attitude and anger problem to her higher ups and they seem absolutely disinterested in fixing the issue. I will most likely get harassed even more by the board and especially Courtney after writing this review, but I don’t care. I will continue to live in my home, the home I keep exceptionally clean, the home that I take care of, and the home that guess what. I OWN!!!

Ok first I am going to say I am a Tenant in Savannah Terrace and this HOA is off the hook possibly because they are managed by Prescott representative Courtney who can do nothing but yell when you inform her you are a tenant and not a owner. We asked to sit in a HOA meeting to listen to what is going so we could be informed Tenants but Courtney will start yelling at you and tell you that Ca code doesn’t allow Tenants to sit in on meetings When asked what code this is all she can say is it’s a Ca code. I even witnessed a Tenant with a power of attorney to speak on behalf of the owner and once again Courtney spout off with Ca code but she can’t even tell you what code that is! Prescott is leading this HOA down a road that may cost them a lot of money. I even heard owners say they are embarrassed how there HOA is acting. So I guess I should mention too that Courtney even said that the HOA does not need to respect us as Tenants. If your HOA can’t respect the people living in there community the people won’t respect the property! It’s sad because it is a well maintained community.

Prescott(HOA property management) seems more interested in procuring high dollar contracts for the Associations they manage than in taking a genuine interest in the Association’s long-term well-being. They also suffer a bit from large organization communication issues where one department does not know what the other department is doing regarding an individual issue. That can be an Achilles’ heel for them. However, I will give highest marks to one property manager, Dee Waite(Rancho Bernardo office). Wonderful attitude and a joy to interact with. She’s been well-educated regarding HOA business in most aspects and understands the reasons behind the Davis-Stirling Law. She doesn’t have a whole lot of technical experience at this time. However she is learning fast and has the smarts to apply any and all learning she acquires. Excellent follow-through with tasks large and small. She even goes out of her way to make sure owner’s problems are resolved. She cares. If you have the opportunity, ask for Ms. Waite to be your property manager.
