Wow I have worked in sales for 19 years now as a mortgage banker and I have to say Stephen will be going places as he was very attentitive, understanding and helpful. I also saw a up and coming rookie with Lewis who seemed new but also seemed very polite, easy going and great cubstomer service. He has this quiet confidence about him but I know that will soon be loud! :) Honestly Thao was helpful but seemed annoyed when I asked for extra help. She really didn’t change her attitude until I askes if I could make a comment about her services which made me a little disturbed. When I left I called back because I forgot to ask about a jacket that the store didn’t have in my size a employee by this name of Alyssa I later found out answered the phone by saying can you hold please. I said sure. I then was on hold for 22 minutes! Then Stephen answered in which he was very apologetic but again very professional. Alyssa reminded me of someone working at the DMV very unhappy.

With it being so hectic because of the holidays i understand if the employees are busy but at this certain store every time I go in the employees won’t really acknowledge you. I went in with my mom yesterday & was greeted by Ben, he most certainly helped us with everything we needed. He was really helpful and really kind. He’s the only reason why I’m giving this place 5 stars. We ended up purchasing about $ 100+ of merch. Thanks to him we got everything we needed and ended up getting a little more. Super satisfied overall with his help & if we go back in, I’d hope he’s working so he can provide us with good customer experience and not make us feel awkward like the other employees that just stare and don’t say anything.

5 stars for so many selections on the accessories !(accessories currently buy 1 get 150%) I came in here to purchase a midi ring & came out with 10+ their style here is pretty up to date as well which I love! Area kept clean & clothes were properly in place. Minus one star for the bad customer service. I had to greet myself & as I thanked them for my purchase and wished them a good night. NOONEACKNOWLEDGEDME.

Always have luck finding clothes here for my son, staff is always welcoming and super friendly. Tonight I decided to write a review because I was so impressed with a high-school girl working here named Sydney. She was so bright, cheery and knowledgeable about the products, was able to help us find proper sizes, seemed so professional for her age but also fit right in for the store and industry. I like to give credit to people when it is due, esp when they are starting their careers so young. Super impressed & obviously I will continue to shop here for my kid:).

Huge store = large selection for men, women and kids… However most items are overpriced for mens. T-shirts are $ 19 – 23. Jeans can get up to $ 65. Lower your prices or have more promotions and I will give you more stars. Good luck finding parking on a Friday or Saturday night, during the peak movie hours.

i used to love this store and always frequent but this store has completely gone downhill! the workers are always rude and just talking away which is why there is always a line wrapped around the inside of the store. tacky and overpriced!

When I went with my teen daughter for Black Friday shopping to Tillys, she found cute boots(which the sales guy said A LOT of girls were buying), and the were marked 29.99 and were 25% off so I decided it was a good deal even tho we weren’t buying for someone on our Christmas list;) After I paid I realized I was charged 39.99(+25% off). When I pointed this out to the sales personnel and subsequently the asst. and store mgr. the attitude was Oops, the boots were marked wrong(that is the online price) and too bad for you. I looked up the company policy and the employees and the Code of Ethics for employees states: EXCEED customer satisfaction and expectations for an enjoyable shopping experience… Another fast-growing, out of touch, corporate monger paying lip service to it’s customers! When I called corporate to complain, THEIR response is to «look into it» and call my in a week… WHAT do u need to look into when you mark your product the wrong price and charge me MORE? How many others didn’t realize it but were charged more? When the mgr goes OUT of their way to keep MY money rather than resolve an issue(I even said I would take a store credit) I’M DONE!
