Toys R Us / Plaza Americas

My son just called the store to ask if they sold bey blades and the RUDE person who answered the phone hung up on him. He was on speaker so I heard the whole thing. I called right back and asked why they hung up on him and the RUDE person LIED and said no they didn’t hang up. Please managers and higher ups, educate/​enforce professional/​satisfactory customer service. Will not be shopping at this location.

This Toys ‘R Us outlet is located in the Plaza Americas Outlets literally right off the last U.S. freeway exit before crossing the border. This particular store is hidden off the main strip of other outlet and retail stores and is located on the backside of another shop.
This stores layout is extremely reminiscent of an old K B Toy Store (gosh I miss those) and does not clearly resemble a Toys ‘R Us store layout at all. They advertise on their windows that there is additional markdowns for different colored sticker items, yet very little of the items in the store had these different colored tags. Aside from those, don’t expect to b paying cheaper prices for toys. Lego sets still require donating a pint of blood in order to purchase…
They did have some cool finds like a 30^th Anniversary Edition Transformers Star Scream and Optimus Prime and a Power Rangers toy that was new yet was a throwback to the original series. (The more I write this the older I’m starting to feel…)
Service was good as the gal at the counter was friendly. Not a bad little spot, but don’t expect to snag very many discounts or deals.
