Total waste of money. Food tastes like shit. No flavor at all. I threw away what I got and got something else from another place.

Very good food. Not worth the price. You’re paying too much for them to get all stingy on their noodles. Horrible customer service.

Fresh food! Was fantastic! We went for Black Friday to the mall and took a break– they prepared it for us there fresh and it was delicious– I got my bowl with beef, onions, carrots and their special sauce. Yum!

Be forewarned. Horrible experience. Food was terribke. Bith the cashier and cooks keep on using their phone. No customer service at all. also got food from other place rice garden and chicken place where employee was nice pleasant and friendly. Thia mongu grill definitwly not worth it. Employee dont want to be there is clear and translates to the food they cook. If u do choose to come i hope ur experience is better. We came saturday and prob employees rather be somewhere else.

For those that remember the first Mongolian Grill in Plaza Bonita, that’s what my review will be compared to. First off, those of you that remember the first Mongolian Grill that allowed you to have an all you can pile bowl, this place doesn’t let that stuff go. Plus you can’t pile all the noodles you want, they pile it for you. Still a lot of food for your buck but you have a more meat to noodle ratio. For the other toppings it’s all the same, meat, veggies and sauces. **Tip: Be aware you first timers, this is a great chow mien like dish, but it’s really greasy. Plus always double all the sauce unless you can’t handle spicy stuff.

Fresh Food ! I prepare food & they cook for me. Reasonable price and most of all enough food so I can share with my family. Try Mongus special souce and if you like spicy flavor ask for extra galic & pepper souce.

Ever since the yummy mongolian noodle place was replaced by a Forever 21 at Plaza Bonita Mall years ago, finding another place just like it in the South Bay has been a challenge. However, this hidden gem called«Mongus Grill» will have to do :) its actually pretty good! By the way, just an update since the 1st Unilocal reviewer, there’s actually 3 people working now, so the hygiene issue has improved. One is working the register and also hands the Styrofoam to-go box to the customers once their food has been cooked, one cleans up, and the third cooks. For future eaters, their awesome sauces make any noodle combination super delicious! So pile your ingrerients high! :)

The food handlers clean the floor and floor mats and also make and serve the food without changing the dirty, contaminated gloves. Unhygienic and unacceptable.
