Travel Time Motel

Only 2 electrical outlets in the compartment area and quite unsure what the splatter of white paint was on a pink wall. The television set is outdated (not the kind you can hookup your streaming device) but give them time though as I’m sure it’s a work in progress and my review isn’t calculating that factor.

This is the worst motel I’ve ever stayed at. The only reason why I give it 1 star, is because of the staff. Nice people. But if you can stay some place else do so. The roaches and bed bugs are horrific. The smell is atrocious. I wanted to die! Me and my kids left with bites all over us. The day my house was ready, was the happiest day for us. The maid service is great but the sketchy guest were annoying. People knocking to ask for cigarettes and kids jumping on the floor over our heads all day and night. I’m surprised this place is still in business. I’ll never stay there again. Rather stay in the streets in a park or the beach.

Around this area, this is probably better then the other motels around there but it still has its major perks. A copy of your driver’s license is required and they ask for your license plate number. If you have guests they will ask the guest to check in and make a copy their driver’s license along with getting the license plate number too. The parking is very small and narrow and right next door is a small business complex with a liquor store that had all kinds of traffic and activity. The towels are smaller than the standard size and in the hallway and elevator it reeked noticeably of cigarette smoke. Because the towels were smaller I had asked housekeeping to bring in some towels but that never happened. When we left that place, there were cops inside the parking lot hand cuffing and arresting a women. For a stop and go place to just shower up and get back on the road, this place can suffice but to spend the night, I’d go somewhere further and pay a little bit more if I have to, to get a decent night’s rest. Just my two cents.
