These guys have a great work ethic. The crews are personable and respectable. Clean language rules the job site.

Overall service and management was substantially below standard. Quality of work was ok after numerous instances of rework.
Our overall experience with Trinity Pacific Construction was extremely disappointing. While the work done directly by the general was usually good, he was entirely unable to manage his subcontractors, was unable to manage the overall project and was not priced competitively. Work had to be continually redone to include a vanity countertop which was cut incorrectly twice, shower floor and grout which had to be completely pulled up and replaced and a wood floor step which had to be redone three times. After repeated questions about the quality of the floor and concerns about how it would hold up we had to call the manufacturer and determine what recourse we had with the warranty and are still waiting for follow up. Management of the projects was perhaps the most frustrating. We would repeatedly be told workers would arrive and work would start only to have wasted days and no information. Finally we expected the general to conduct reviews and quality control which he seldom if ever did.
We would only recommend Trinity Pacific for smaller jobs which can be completed quickly with minimal complexity.

The same EXCELLENT service as the maintenance division only they specialize in custom remodels, home additions, and larger construction projects. Last summer they worked on a historical bldg on 6^th ave across from Balboa Park and have had several return calls to do custom electrical & woodwork in the Sapphire Tower located on the bay in downtown S.D.
