UGG Australia

I have been dealing with UGG Australia corporate for several months regarding defective boots. The left boot came without an insole, so that the hard ridges on the bottom of the boot could be felt and became painful. After countless emails, photos of the boots (they’re in practically new shape as I didn’t wear them because they were so uncomfortable), photos of the tags of authenticity, UGG has come back saying they will not replace or repair the boots. First they told me that the boots were purchased over 9 years ago. They were purchased 2 years ago and I started the communication process with them with no replies over a year ago. Then they told me they were bought on a counterfeit site. They offered a discount for a new pair of boots. All I wanted was my original pair to be repaired or replaced. They want me to buy new boots! My family has been UGG owners since the 80’s. I am so, so disappointed in the lack of customer service UGG Australia has demonstrated. This is not the same company it once was. Beware.

My brother purchased a pair of UGG dakota women slippers from this store and when we opened the box after he got home, i have to say it is the most ridiculous thing i have ever seen in my shoe buying history. The two shoes in the box are of the same foot and are different color!!! The only right thing is the size! Needless to say how careless the sale associates are at this place. DO NOT COME HERE. Now we need to travel 20+ miles just to get it fixed.

I will never shop there again the manager that is Latin with shaved eyebrows is very rude and not at all pleasant she looks and acts like she should she be working at a low end retail shop in a strip mall she was very unpleasant and my boots were over 350 I would think I would get better customer service with a so called high end shop the other girls were nice but were sitting behind the counter talking bad about customers I now will be doing my shopping online.

Great store, big selection & awesome associates. I was helped this past weekend because an associate/​manager by the name of Denise. She was so helpful & patient with my family. We will definitely be back again soon!

During Christmas I bought four items from there. My wife was the recipient; she was pleased.
On the day that I visited, it was pretty busy. As a result, it took some time to get helped. Additionally, the young salesgirl that I was working with was not very friendly. She seemed put out by my constant questions and requests. I’m not sure if these associates are on commission but I’m thinking they are not. If they were, she would have been more attentive and happy — I’m sure of it. Each of my items were priced between $ 100-​$ 200.
Regardless, I got most of the items I was looking for. One of the items, the tall boots, were not in stock. However, the associate was able to get them shipped to me before Christmas (at no cost to me), so that was a plus.
Here’s my final verdict: this store has a good selection of items. The prices are moderate. The sales associates — at least one of them — could use some remedial training.

Got what I wanted but after a long wait and the girls running back and forth to the warehouse…

This is a new store so it’s really clean.
Everything is furry and fuzzy, if that’s your style.
Even the couch to sit on is fuzzy.
There’s even a large TV to watch if your guy friend or husband is bored watching you shop.
UGG is always expensive and high quality so be prepared to pay a high price.
