Today, I had an awful experience. Just the opposite of my recent visit. The person who took care of me was awful, uncaring and the opposite of friendly. She did such an awful job that instead of the sure sale that I drove 30 miles to make, I walked out frustraited and vowing not to go back. Way to lose a loyal customer.

I always think a company is as good as the employees that represent them and at this store the customer service is OUTSTANDING. I’m not a fan of shopping for shoes yet out I walked with two new pair. My old stompers in a box, super comfortable Eccos on my feet and a feeling of «What a pleasure!». Did that just happen? Someone genuinely cared about helping me. Ladies and gentlemen, ask for Chad! He and Ken are the dynamic duo and just couldn’t be more helpful. You will not be disappointed. Be prepared to walk out with the most comfortable shoes ever and an experience you will want to Unilocal about!
