I hadn’t been to which wich in a lonnnng time and decided to go to this location for my lunch break around 1 pm. Being so close to lunch time I didn’t know what to expect. Luckily they weren’t busy when I walked in, no line. yay! So I had the old punch card and had probably 3 more sandwiches on my punch card to buy before earning a free one. BUT Robert was SO nice he took it upon himself to punch the 3 for me so I was able to get a sandwich next time I came back and got me started on their new point system card. I told him I hadn’t been to which wich in forever so I don’t know if he did it to get me to keep going back to which wich and become a frequent customer again or was just a super nice guy. Maybe both :) His great attitude and great customer service should not go unnoticed and I wish more people loved their job as much as this guy. All in all, great experience! No line, nice people who worked there. My sandwich and cookie came out fast! The heated up peanut butter cookie was delish! PLUS if you check in here on Unilocal you can take 10% off your order, not too shabby! I will DEFINITELY come back to this location if I am in the area again. Keep up the good work guys!

Sounded like a great gimmick at first– write your order on a take-out bag and they’d fill it with your order. But the quality of the food doesn’t match the expectation. No matter how many times I’ve tried it, it still disappoints and isn’t any better than a sandwich from Von’s. Try Which Addiction, Ike’s, Supernatural, or Rubicon.

I don’t know why I went here after being disappointed last time. I guess I wanted to give them another shot. What a mistake… I like the concept, select what you want and check the boxes on the bag, then give it to the cashier… I’m thinking, how can they get it wrong? Oh, they do… Wheat bread becomes white… Pickles become peperoncini’s… And the avocado was brown. The bread falls apart… It’s just a mess. Hopefully they will get their act together, but I’m done with them.

So another sandwich shops opens up and we all get excited. To be honest… its just that… another sandwich shop. Overpriced and plain. The writing your order on a paper bag is a novelty and neat for a few seconds I suppose. The employees are super cool tho and always friendly.

So they make a gluten free sandwich in a lettuce wrap. This made me so excited. Boy was it not good at all. First the lettuce was wilted and so not«fresh» second the quality of all other toppings were so sad, that I barely ate any of it. won’t be back.

Who doesn’t like to create their own sandwiches? It really is nice to have options to create what u want. My favorite is plain old chicken sandwich bag. I grab that n start marking away what I want. I usually get most to all the veggies, it’s great that u can get spinach, cucumber, bell peppers, peppers, lettuce, olive spread, n somehow the Sandwhich is still not overflowed like subway. For this particular location they really have their slow days. I’m not sure why as I’m assuming that three people behind the counter should b able to handle it. Not including the cashier. But overall they do a good job in customer service. Always friendly. See you at lunch

Bread always seems to fall apart. Great concept. I really liked the BLT premium sandwich of the month but then they took it away with no option of getting anything similar because they don’t have that bread anymore. Philly cheese steak is the only thing decent. The other ingredients don’t taste like the best quality for the price tag. Customer service can also use some sharpening.

I’m a regular at the Scripps Pkwy location. The morning crew is always spot-on. They do a high volume of catering orders but always expedite sandwiches for walk-ins. I enjoy the consistency in their service

I love which wich, don’t get me wrong. Are they franchise? Today I was craving my sriracha tuna sandwich(mouth watering even as I type) so I decided to stop by this location on my way home instead of driving to my normal store. It was about as busy as you would expect on a hot weekend afternoon, and I noticed the bags were designed a little different from the location o frequent. Nonetheless, I marked up my usual sandwich bag and brought it to the cashier. They no longer have sriracha he tells me. Do I want buffalo sauce instead? No. Disappointing, but I’m still going to have a sandwich. As I was waiting for my food, the workers called up another woman who had already ordered, paid, and was waiting. They’re sorry, but they’re out of strawberries for he strawberry milkshake she had ordered. They were still working on her refund by the time I left. I took my sandwich to go, and when I finally got home and took a bite, I noticed it was missing the spinach I had requested. I hope this was just a fluke day, but what a bummer of a lunch stop. I should have gone to jersey mikes.

This location is much faster than the one I used to frequent(Coronado) and parking is a million times easier. I will definitely use this location from now on. The lady working the register today was super friendly and helpful and my food was perfectly made. Minus a quarter of a star since they don’t cut the pb&j sandwiches(everyone knows a sandwich cut diagonally just tastes better). The pesto they use is delicious so definitely ask them to be heavy handed with it.

I asked for a turkey Ruben… normally that would be a toasted sandwich… mine was nice and chewy! I guess I should have known since I saw the employee pulling it out of the oven when it was half way threw. I probably should have known I shouldn’t have eaten their as soon as I walked in since both of the girl that were working were too busy talking about their personal lives rather than making the sandwiches of the people who were waiting. I could probably write a book about Kealani’s life if I wanted to! I thought the health rule for people who worked at restaurants was people with long hair was that they has to either tie their hair up or put it in a hair net. Kealani’s hair was down and she had her hat on backwards, very unprofessional. So unprofessional that I landed up with a piece of her hair in my sandwich! YUMMMM!!! Thank you! This was the WORST experience ever. I asked for extra thousand island, never got that, had to go back for it! I would like my money back but I don’t think I will/would ever eat there again! Please put your hair up, recognize your customers and keep your personal conversations to a minimum when you have customers around. We don’t want to hear about your boy problems!

Tasty I would say Came in here for lunch today and I was a bit baffled at first because I didn’t know how to order. Lol the reasoning for that is, it is a bit different from your typical subway, logos etc. You come in and there is a wall with sandwich brown bags and you take a marker and fill out what you would like to order and eat. The menu is right up top so its pretty self explanatory. They have different subs/ingredients to put in your sandwich compared to your typical subway. Def a place to try if you like sandwiches! I got Italian and it was very yummy! I would probably only come in here once in a while if I am craving a sandwich.

If you would like your sandwich made like you ordered it, you are probably better off trying another Which Wich location. The employees here don’t seem to be able to get it right. I’ve visited this location four times. The first time, everything was perfect, but I’ve been unable to repeat that feat ever since. I thought maybe it was because I was ordering online, so I went in and ordered in person with the same result. They can’t seem to make a sandwich without leaving something off. Having said that, I like the sandwiches and the quality of the meat and produce, but at $ 10 a sandwich, I expect it to be made right. I’m going to try a different location next time. Hopefully, the other ones train their employees better. If you want to save yourself some frustration, you would be wise to do the same.

We’ve been to this location twice now for a quick lunch and getting a sandwich both times took a while. Not sure why as there seemed to be plenty of guys working behind the line and there weren’t all that many customers. It’s a cool system to write your order on a paper bag and then had to a cashier. I prefer that over Jersey Mike’s method of ordering, watching a guy prep the sammy, and then paying. BUT, I must say that I prefer JM’s sandwiches over Which Wich. Friend ordered the«Limited Time Only» Philly Cheesesteak sandwich the other day. The pic looked awesome of this hot sandwich but what came out was pretty defeating. It was such a TINY portion. The cheez whiz looked great and so did the nicely toasted Amoroso’s roll but dang it man — it was SUCH A SMALL smushed cheesesteak sandwich. So I wouldn’t suggest ordering this if you haven’t had gastric bypass surgery recently because you’ll be hungry afterwards. Funny but what I loved the most about this place was their crushed chewable ice. I love that type of ice. Go figure. I’ve tried their Cuban before and enjoyed it so perhaps there are other items on their menu to try out. But so far, I’ve been re-visiting Jersey Mike’s place over WW b/c JM’s sandwiches just seem to be heartier and better made. Regardless, this a convenient location and they seem to do well during lunch hours so good for them.

Like every other business these days, Which Wich allows you to decide what ingredients go on, inside, under and on top of your sandwich.(Hint: the sandwich with the most toppings is probably not the winner.) The«small» sized sandwich is actually good sized and should be sufficient for the average fattie’s meal. It’s a tucked in location in a strip mall and parking is kind of tight. You can order online and pick the time to pick up your sammie. Our sandwiches were ready on time and were both well made. I’m not a fan of the name of this chain but I always get good food there and I like the«bowls,» too(basically, the sandwich without the bread, and I think you get more stuff in the bowls). Good sandwiches and the prices are reasonable(about $ 6.50 per sandwich). Not too shabby.

Though this Which Wich is a bit out of the way for me, I was feeling in the mood for one of their Shrimp Po’Boys(especially as it’s now off the menu — it’s a seasonal sandwich from Mardi Gras up to Easter). This sandwich(the #8 bag) was made up of 1⁄3 breaded butterflied fried shrimp, lettuce, tomato, pickles, Tabasco, and either Cajun tartar or regular tartar sauce — I went with the Cajun tartar sauce for a bit more kick. Served with Zapp’s Voodoo flavor kettle potato chips and a optional drink, my order totaled up to a bit under $ 9; checking in on the Unilocal app and using that 10% off coupon you get for doing so helps! My sandwich was actually a good size — and ooh, was it a good spicy, along with the chips! I was making quite a few trips to the beverage station during my visit. The place is pretty clean(if not small), with a place for hanging up your bag artwork — I would’ve drawn something if the wall wasn’t filled. There’s a big screen TV for entertainment… but only one bathroom? C’mon! Still, with all of the sandwich options and the choices for customization(well, except for the bread types — you only get white or wheat), as well as the delicious looking shakes, think I’ll be making more visits here!

Thursday, October 24th, 2013 lunch break… and I didn’t pack a lunch. I have seen these places around, and thought to myself, why not? However, I need to emphasize that I am not a connoisseur of sandwiches. If I can do it myself, why would I pay someone else? I am definitely digging their system of ordering the sandwich. Pick a number, than pick the bag that has the same number. On the bag… Extras: Double Meat, Bacon, Sliced Egg Which style do you want?: White, Wheat, Lettucewich, Bowlwich, Skinny my wich Hot or Not: Coldwich or Hotwich Size: Small 7″, Medium 10.5″, Large 14″ Work your wich!: This is were you can choose cheeses, spreads & sauces, mustards, mayos, dressings, onions, veggies & more, oils & spices. At the bottom write your name. I chose the Chicken Pesto small, and it was plenty. The sandwich was tasty, and I would recommend it if your a sandwich person. All for $ 6.21. Also, if you check in on Unilocal. You’ll receive 10% off your meal. But, you have to purchase the meal. For me it would have been $ 8 plus change, and it just wasn’t worth it. Thank you for the excellent customer service! Bön Appetit!
