I called to inquire about some home improvement project I was going to do and spoke with the owner Kevin. He explained to me that he was getting out of that particular part of work due to the fact it wasn’t cost effective for him to do the work .So I asked him if he could refer someone else and he just laughed at me and hung up. I thought it was a very unprofessional response. The project I inquired about was to install arched columns for my carport. Of course I called back and said I would never use his business again.
