Had WICR come out to redo my balcony that was leaking last year. They replaced the floor, and waterproofing all around, then patched and painted the stucco to an exact match of the existing stucco.
Debated on giving them 4 stars because it seemed pricey, but you get what you pay for and looking back on it, it was well worth it.

WICR was recommended by a contractor I called about fixing my leaky 2^nd floor deck. Expensive, yes; but getting something done right is worth it. They showed me several things that the prior contractor had done wrong, and they weren’t cheap either. The two guys who came out to do the actual work really knew what they were doing, & kept me informed every step of the way. They also did a good job of cleaning everything up afterward.

WICR was called by us after a roofing contractor that was hired by the seller of a house we were buying to reroof a garage roof top deck. The first contractor did not specialize is the type of material that is used for the type of deck we had, unfortunately the result was that the material seemed to absorb water, not a good thing. We asked for a credit so that we could hire our own company and got it.
WICR came in, gave the estimate, scheduled the job, and they were in and out according to the schedule they had given us and the work was done beautifully. We could tell the difference between the first job and the work WICR did.
The only problem we had was that it did take a few days to schedule the estimate, and we were afraid this was an indication of how the whole job would go, but that was not the case. We are happy customers.
