Dianne gave me the easiest and most pleasant tmobile experience I have ever had. Due to previous experiences at other stores, I dread walking into tmobile stores due to incompetent staff. Dianne was the exception. She made everything as easy as it could be for me and definitely went above and beyond. She deserves a raise or something. Thanks Dianne.

So, I have been with Verizon for almost a decade. After they kept raising my bill, I was like okay, it’s worth it because the coverage is so good and I had unlimited data. Then, I left my office job to get back into teaching and I had to start paying my cell phone and $ 120 a month was not worth it! I went into this store and was helped right away… Dianne Looked soooo familiar but j couldn’t pin point it. Come to find out, she was one of my students when I taught at the high school level. She was AMAZING. Literally took care of everything that I needed and my transition was seamless. So far I am in love with T-​Mobile and this store!

Super impressed from this store. I have visited here several times and Diane and Daniel have been helping me with my wife’s Verizon move and my upgrades and new tablet upgrades. They are super knowledgeable, helped me get the best value and even helped me fix many mess ups from the Rancho Cucamonga and La Verne stores. It wouldn’t not go to any other store in the area. I recommend this store because they will keep working on you till you issues are solved and go that extra mile to make sure your taken care of. Diane even helped me figure out how to get my Verizon bill when they refused to give it to me. Best t mobile store and crew.

I stopped in today to get a tablet. The store actually just sold the last one which I was looking for earlier this morning. Angela and Anthony both went above and beyond. Angela actually went to a different store to pick it up while Anthony entertained me for the hour. I’ve been into this store before. The guys there are usually very good about things, if your a T-​Mobile subscriber. I’d defiantly recommend Angela and Anthony at this store. Keep up the good work guys. I appreciate it.

Great team! Especially Angela, she’s super excited about her job and her brand. New to T-​Mobile so I can’t speak much to the service yet, I like it so far. Time will tell on that aspect but the staff at this store is awesome.

I usually have a tough experience at all T mobile stores! But wow I came in here today I was astonished by there customer service. The person that helped me was Erik and he was just amazing! Best believe I will be back thanks Erik!

So I haven’t really had good experiences in the past with phone carriers or representatives in the store but I walked into this tmobile and immediately Dianne was incredibly helpful very very friendly and seemed like she was really into her job and that she wanted to help me with whatever problem I had I came back in the store a couple times that day at because I kept forgetting different pumps that I had a nice time I came in she had helped me and she was very very patient with me explain everything very thoroughly and I am 100 percent happy I wouldn’t recommend anybody else but Dianne to help

What a super team they have at the San Dimas T-​Mobile! We had the opportunity to work with Dianne, Jeff, and Jose and they were all exceptional. All were genuinely helpful, knowledgeable, and very, very, patient. We haven’t changed our family plan from a different carrier in over 10 years so No Contract, porting numbers, Jump, etc were all new to us. They explained everything perfectly and helped us get set up with multiple lines (several new phones and several not so new phones from our previous carrier). They helped us with the unlocking process when necessary (every older phone), and were very understanding and helpful when my wife made some specific requests about a new number). We also live in an area with not so great LTE coverage (with all carriers, not only T Mobile), so they set us up with an LTE signal booster, for free! They even followed up with a phone call to make sure we were happy and completely satisfied with our visit! They are not the closest T Mobile to me (actually about 20 miles away with at least 5 – 10 other dealers along the way), but I will be going back there for any future upgrades, additional lines, etc.

We came here the other day to get new phones. This T-​Mobile store is awesome. I really liked how clean and organized the store was. Everyone there is nice and courteous. Hands down, Dianne is the best representative there. Dianne is friendly, professional, and so informative. I recommend going to her for all your cell phone questions and needs.

I haven’t wrote a review for sometime now, BUT I have been compelled to today. I went into this store yesterday to take advantage of an offer I received from the T-​Mobile loyalty department. I was welcomed into the store (standard) by two young ladies. I explained that I had a offer from the loyalty department. Dianne (two N’s) immediately went to work. She dove into the system and saw what I had been offered. She showed me a couple great phones that had my interest. She explained the features and differences very clearly and concise. after about 20 mins of educating me and verifying my deal I was torn between two phones. The one I was leaning toward was $ 100.00 more than the other one. Dianne said «This one will be a $ 100.00 off starting tomorrow,» I was like, serious? She said to come in the next day and get what you really want. For $ 100.00 savings I was waiting. She didn’t have to tell me that either.
So today I come in and she see’s me. She knows my name and remembers exactly what I wanted. She transfers ALL my junk from my old phone to my new phone and gave me some refreshing cool water while I waited. She covered the features again and she called T-​Mobile to handle some other business for me.
The entire time spend at the store Dianne was as professional and as friendly as anyone could possibly be. Seriously I felt like I was on some kinda hidden camera show she was so nice. But nope, that is just her personality. Great work ethic, the kind that will keep me coming back.

This review is for the customer service at the San Dimas location. My almost brand new HTC One M8 crashed about a month ago. Because the phone was so new, the manager Miguel waived the shipping charges for a replacement phone. My next bill rolls in and the charges are still there. I personally visited the store bracing for a fight, but Miguel remembered the situation and removed the charges from my account within 5 minutes. While all of the cell companies are generally terrible and only care about extracting money from the consumer, every so often something positive happens. Thanks to Miguel and the staff at San Dimas.

I bought 3 phones plus accessories. Spent the day here bcuzz of transferring info and the associates changed on me, including a manager. All of them said the wtf would come in 45 days, they didn’t ask me for anything. I called today to find our where it was and it wasn’t processed bcuzz they didn’t have my bill! The store never asked for it! They told me all about the accessories but didn’t say I needed proof of fees! So I gotta wait another 45 days, after talking to 2 supervisors who said they couldn’t do anything to make my money come faster! ! F@$ k u tmobile!

Pre ordered the iPhone 6 plus. It was back ordered the next day. We cannot cancel because I signed the equipment contract. Way to go to mobile! Next time I’m walking in Verizon. My friend bought 2 of them and only waited 2 hours. I’ve just been told my wait is up to 6 weeks.

Very honest, forthright, and excellent customer service !

This store was very helpful every time I’ve come in. I have purchased cases, accessories, and gotten my sim cards updated. I am very happy with all the sales reps there. I will keep coming back to this location.

This place is off the chain, not only do I buy my phones here the techs help me save money in case I’m spending money un-​necessarily. I can call with questions and they are never too busy. I don’t know if we are allowed to mentions names so I will not do this until I get the ok. Great Place, clean, modern, I love it …

I am going to throw in a review for this spot but one with the totally opposite experience of Jamie’s.
I went in about a week before the iPhone 5S came out and talked with an employee who was super helpful. He explained what he knew (which was very little at the time) but took my name and number down and offered to call me once the store had been briefed on what they were going to get and when.
He called me a day or so later and gave me some info.
I went back in a few days later and spoke to him again. It turned out they were not going to get the phone I wanted at that location but he told me where I could get it (as they were only going to be in 3 or 4 stores around LA on launch day).
He went out of his way to make sure I got the info I needed and to call around to confirm the info he didn’t have. He did help me with my account setup and activation too.
I would highly recommend this location to others.

My experience with T-​Mobile first started in 2007. The sales associate was very nice and explained to me that I was on a flex pay account and that I wasn’t restricted to a contract like other customers were, and if at any time I was unhappy with the service I could just ask them to discount my service and I would not be charged any cancellation fee’s. So a about six month roll by and I decided in Jan. 2008 I would add a line to my account. Again I was told there were no cancellation fee’s and adding the additional line would be no hassle. So I went home excited about my new phone and second line (*as it was a phone for my fiancé at the time). I get home and about 11pm that night, both my phones are shut off. I immediately called T-​Mobile and asked what the issue was and they explained to me that my Blackberry and the Sidekick were conflicting data plans (*when they had told me there wouldn’t be an issue at the store). The customer service associate than explained that they had fixed my problem, both my phones would be up, and I wouldn’t have any issues. Turns out my phones were back up… For about an hour… Than like magic, they were off again. To make a long story short, I spent exactly two weeks on the phone with T-​Mobile for at least a couple of hours everyday and still nothing was fixed. It wasn’t until that last day did someone finally fix my problem. Now lets flash forward a couple of years (*mind you I was still having issues with T-​Mobile). My Samsung Galaxy S starts shutting off and having wifi problems so i go in to speak to someone. The Sales Associate at the Sam Dimas store tells me it’s most likely defective and I would need to send it in. So I do. They send me a phone that’s having the same exact issues, deleted a majority of my photos that I will never get back, and is also dropping the calls. I call Customer Service and they explain to me that I would need to send it in and that i Would need to pay another $ 5 processing fee (*which I refused to pay). So they send me my replacement phone and the camera’s broken. I take it to the San Dimas Store once again and the Sales Associate has the nerve to tell me I must of downloaded an app that wasn’t compatibly with my phone. So he than proceeds to delete any apps I may have had on there only to tell me: «Ya it’s the phone. You need to send it in again. Than tells me I have to pay the $ 5 processing fee.» (*Are you kidding?!? Why do I have to pay for another phone when the new one you sent me was broken? Not to mention that there «new» phones are just refurbished.) So they send me another phone and my phone starts shutting off more than ever and dropping calls. So I call into customer service. They tell me my «replacement» phone is the G2X and I can no longer get the Vibrant. Turns out the G2X has a 2G internal memory when my Vibrant had 16G internal. In your contract it says a replacement will be given that has matching capabilities to the phone you have now (*so how is that matching my phone already). I end up getting in angry meant with a customer service manager who tells me my Vibrant only has 2G’s Internal when I’m holding my phone and the box in my hand that clearly says 16G. She basically calls me a liar, tells me I’ve only been with T-​Mobile for a year, and tells me there’s nothing she can do for me. How do they not know how long a customer has been with them? (*If your number has changed they don’t care to look inTo your prior history, they only see the new mobile number). I hand delivered that stupid box to the Sales Associate and showed them what I have, and they agreed that I should have a phone with matching capabilities. Not to also mention I was paying $ 70 more than other customers that have the same plans as I do. So for about four years they were basically stealing $ 3360. The longer you have T-​Mobile the worse the service gets. I’m desperately waiting for my contract to end because if not… I’ll have to pay their $ 200 cancellation fee… Something the Sales Associate neglected to mention when I first opened my account and what they continued to not say, even though it was asked many times. This is the short version of my problems with T-​Mobile
