I don’t usually write online reviews but my experience at this particular UPS Store left me compelled to do so. My issue was not with any of the employees as they were friendly enough and just doing their job, but the price gouging involved with printing a few pages.
I walked in needing to print 28 black and white, double sided sheets. I walked out paying over $ 8.00. The prices for printing the pages itself were double that of other locations. I previously paid around $ 3.00 for the exact same documents at the Claremont location.
To add insult to injury, they tacked on an additional $ 2.50 fee for using their computers to print the pages. Seems a bit silly considering there was no other way to print without using it.
Needless to say, I wont be coming back any time soon.

Awful service, don’t go to this UPS, worst service and very expensive. They don’t put the price for all the boxes and envelope they display and the prices are way to high. It took 40 minutes for an old lady that doesn’t know what she’s doing there to ship to small boxes and an envelope. I’ll never… ever go to this UPS again. I’ll give a zero star if I would have this option

So high price, I only print a black and white paper, they charge me 2 dollars and 50 cent, they told me use the computer is 2 dollars, other store is only 10 cent, oh my god, I recommend not to go this store.

Everyone seems pissy during the holidays except the employees at this UPS store. I was on my way to visit family and stressing over dropping off a package for expedited delivery to the east coast. I was happy I came across this store. Great service. Great experience. Extremely courteous. The owner’s attention to detail and the great customer service of his staff will continue to be the reason for customers coming back. The only drawback… they aren’t closer to LA.

What an awesome group of employees. Super efficient. Super friendly. Owner is genuinely caring and ensured my fragile merchandise would arrive on time and in pristine condition. I wouldn’t ship through any other business. It was a pleasure doing business with this store

Awful service. Have been trying to ship a package to an international destination. I ended up walking out of the store and shipped it thru DHL express which is right down the street at Postnet, their service is at least a hundred times better than this UPS Store.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! DO NOT GET A P. O BOX HERE!!! DO NOT SEND ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION THAT IS OF ANY VALUE AT ALL!!! THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! I have had a mailbox at this location for 5 years and had no problems. After the original owners (who were AWESOME) sold it, this place has gone to hell. There is ALWAYS a line a mile long, the back of the counter looks like a tornado came through, and the employees (or new owners?) look so completely confused and frustrated. If you are «lucky enough» to be there when the mother is there, you will see the most disorganized, confused, and completely clueless woman doing nothing but taking up space. You may also get to see the son who has no idea what he is doing and could literally not care less about the customers. I even asked him when my prepaid mailbox plan was up, because I wanted to move to another location due to their incompetence, and he said «whatever»…SERIOUSLY, Do not use this location.

Great service and professional service. It was a good decision to have my companies mailing box here. If the staff is not helping a customer, they grab my mail for me. It’s the little things.

I don’t normally give negative reviews, but these guys are totally deserving of the 1 star.
I had a friend ship out a high value, fragile shipment to San Francisco. Not only did the staff provide «fragile shipment services» without informing my friend of the associated costs ($ 16), but they falsely stated to me that they had when I called to ask about the charges. The best that the owner (note: not UPS employee) was able to do was offer 5% off my entire bill.
This is a UPS Store, meaning that it’s owned by a franchisee. In other words, if you run into a customer service issue, they are not accountable at the corporate level. I will say that the owner was polite while I disputed the charges, but there definitely wasn’t the commitment to customer service that I would have expected.
Caveat emptor.

Don’t listen to the bigots. Even though the owner doesn’t speak perfect English, he is extremely nice and helpful. He’s even given me discounts on sending faxes and scanning documents. Never any communication issues here… Additionally, he has a really awesome Caucasian guy working there who DOES speak great English.
I’ve always received great customer service from all the staff members here. If there was an issue with someone, I’m positive it wasn’t the staffs’ fault. Even the nicest business owners can’t be expected to fully appease every jackass that walks into their store. There is just no pleasing someone people.

This was the first UPS i have been to for a very long time but they were nice and quick to help me out. I needed some papers notarized and the gentleman was patient while I asked a few questions and even wished me luck on my new pursuits! if i needed anything notarized again i’d go here

Hmmmmmm. So I ordered some online printing to be picked up at this store. I went to the store ½ hour before they closed to pickup my order. When I told the guy behind the counter I was here to pickup my order, he just stared at me. Obviously he was ESL, so I repeated myself s l o w l y. I would have bitched up a storm, but I felt it would be like talking to a wall.
He spent about 10 minutes hunched over a PC, where apparently he finally found my order.
So while I eventually got my order, I would be worried about anything time sensitive.

These guys are awesome! I came here to mail a bunch of stuff (for which I only had one box). They carefully packed three more boxes and sent everything Ground UPS. These two gentlemen were friendly, competent & efficient. All boxes arrived intact on the day promised.
