We had a drain blockage in the house we just moved to a couple of months ago. Called First American insurance company and they assigned A + Plumbing to us.
After evaluating the blockage, Edgar called First American and came back stating that the insurance company declined to pay anything for the blockage and he quoted $ 260 to just clear the blockage. Can you believe that? $ 260 for 15 minutes work. To make matters worse, we had to pay another $ 60 for deductible bringing the total up to $ 320. This is extortion.
Stay away from this company. They will take unjust advantage of your situation and charge you a fortune for minor work.

Edgar and his associate came by as recommended by first American home buyers protection corporation. Determined that our 23 year old water heater was kaput. When home warranty wouldn’t cover the job Edgar gave my wife and extremely fair price, later the same day he and his associate came by and in 103 degree heat installed the new water heater — great job extremely friendly, highly recommended!
