Came in here to get a receiver installed. Spoke with George and he was very helpful about what my options were. Decided on what I wanted to but it was 6:20 and they close at 7, but George and the crew still did the installation even though they finished after 8. Great service. Will be back for my future car audio needs.

I did expect for any of of those DUI breathalyzer installers to not be that great, considering all the negative stories, but just like anything, it deserves to be reviewed. After calling every company from the DMV given list I had settled on a company in which I had thought seemed most professional and close enough to travel to in case of emergency. The staff at Fantasy Audio is actually quite friendly and considerate, I had no issues with them. I did however need to return to collect a very important piece of paperwork to the DMV, but again, the staff had a decent manner and were professional enough. At the time I was pissed but considering that many of these companies install bad breathalyzers or they don’t connect correctly, I felt thankful in many ways.
My issue is how many times I’ve had to try to start my car after breathing into the breathalyzer. This has become a new common issue. Of course I have been doing what is asked for by getting it calibrated when they need me to and also since I have a fairly new car, I really figured that I shouldn’t have issues. Not only is my time jeopardized more now but I am so upset on how many times I had to try to start my car. That is wear and tear on my starter and I cannot wait to get this thing out. The breathalyzer tends to glitch by reading alcohol count on your second blow which is annoying and it wants to a read 2 minutes after you have breathed into it. Very annoying. If you do end up with having to install a breathalyzer, good luck to you in hopes you don’t suffer like many do.

The owner got back to me explaining how everything functions and how he wants to help me resolve my issue. I now understand whom I should have been reviewing the whole time and will send the review. I came across this place by accident eating at McDonald across street so I came by and check some speaker to replace they did wonderful job on my car chrysler 200′ s 2015 silver

Not much of a review but it’s a question to see if I should even come in or not. I have a 1992 Ford F-​250 and I was wondering if you guys could put a stereo and new speakers in it and slap on some new tires. I saw your website and looks like it’s mostly luxury and performance cars not to sure if you guys can work with my old truck. If you could please get back to me I am in need.

This place is amazing. They offer great customer service from start to finish. I sent the owner a message and he replied right away. We went in the very same day and didn’t have to wait very long. The entire time everyone was very courteous and helpful. The best part about this place is that they have great options for people with different budgets, they don’t try to «rip you off». And on top of that they have their own finance program which is great. Overall this is the coolest custom car/​sound place in the valley and would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Fantasy Audio is class A. I was surprised at how proffesional this shop is. It doesn’t look like much when you pull up but don’t let that fool you. They are friendly and and have good suggestions for your vehicle. I didn’t feel like they were out to get my $. They worked on my Challenger R/​T and I was extremely pleased with their timely work and end product. I highly recommend to go here for any specialized work you want done. They powder coated my rims and lowered it. They aren’t just speaker installers.

Bad attitude and bad customer service they don’t greet you when you come in your unsure who to ask for help plus it’s always a guys smoking vape inside the place which is so disrespectful for a work establishment

Went to get my back up camera got a great deal and they installed it the same day. Very nice people working there. Shot out to David, Marco and Arturo for helping with the set up and teaching me how to use all the features of my pioneer stereo and back up Cama with GPS. Will definitely go back to get my fog lights.

I came here on April 3^rd to inquire about a sub-​woofer and amp for my Camaro. I usually go to Whittier for all my car stereo needs, but this was close to home. I really wanted it installed that day, for my 5 hr car ride to work on Monday. David was nice enough to help us, and give a really good price. I made an appointment for that Tuesday morning at 10. I got there right at 10 and no one was there. Two other customers pulled up as well. I do not see why they make appointments if they are going to be late! I was about to leave when someone showed up at 10:25. All the installers were there early, chillin, by McDonald’s, so this must be a normal thing. I was not happy, since I took off work for this. David told me they could run me home, but another man told me no! I told him just give me my 75 bucks back, and I will go to Whittier for my needs! Magically the dude sent Caesar out to run me home 2 miles. Now let me say this… Caesar did my install and did a great job! He gets 5 stars for sure! He explained everything, and we had a nice chat on my ride home. My system sounds good, and I am pretty happy with it. I am in sales myself and to me, customer service is everything, Here it is lacking, except for Caesar!

Fantazy audio is the best they do a awesome job and they are very knowledgeable about all your car needs. This is the second time I have brought my truck there for rims and audio ant when I tell you I will go nowhere else I mean it they are the best.

Great detailed service from George and David. Came here for a proper reinstallation from a previous bad job done wiring for my amp and they did an awesome job explaining the process that it would take to give me a better sound. I’ll definitely be back for other services!

I got my windows tinted here, they hooked it up with a good price. $ 150 for all. (Last year) I came back to see if I can get some sounds (2−8−16) yup DAVID hooked it up. I got a Ford Fusion 2014, didn’t want to do anything crazy that would take away from the car. Got some JL speakers and amp. With the other extra stuff that’s needed to make it sound legit. I don’t mind paying lil extra when I’m getting it at a decent price and with warranty. I got it financed, I have bad credit and I got approved. To be honest, it’s cool because I get to build my credit back up and have a sick ass sound at the same time. All in all, it’s simple… Don’t be a pussy and call, go there and I know you will be satisfied. Keep it simple. David is cool, it’s the second time I work with him. Trust me, he does his job.

Had a bit of an issue with one of my HID’s so I came back. They took care of it with no problem. Awesome quality work with awesome customer service. These people know what they’re doing. Go check them out guys!
