Hunter was super Awesome!!! We were switching phone companies and ran into so many obstacles along the way but she was super honest about pricing and service and was patient with us while we kept changing our mind lol took us about 4 hours if not more to finish. can’t remember her co-workers name but they did their best between them two to help everyone during Black Friday. Keep it up ladies!

Sprint service and signal sucks. Don’t get into 2 years slow internet and most of the time no signal contract. This is base on my experience. I am trying to get out of the contract from sprint. They’re basically telling me that they do not guaranty their service specially if you are in your house. They don’t deserve this one star. If the is negative star I’ll give the –10

Wow 5 stars. Go look a that 5 star review it’s written by sprint, lol. I HATE this place. I went to go and get an upgrade on my blackberry(switching to iPhone) they were about to transfer the phone number to the new phone, but my husband is the one that created the sprint account and he has to be there. Really? So I left the place and I was expecting a call that never came so I tried calling them… guess what. They removed my phone number from my blackberry because they were half way done with transferring my phone. By the time I noticed the place was closed. My husband went the next day and they couldn’t find my phone number. I was sooo angry. I went to the Nordhoff store and they gave me my number back, if I hadn’t gone there my number would have been given to someone else. And when I went back. They ran out of the iPhone 5’s. So I just bought my phone from the Nordhoff store.
