Wendys Party Rental

Worst costumer service ever!
So I called and wanted to rent bouncer. Basic bouncer. We decided the day before party to just see what the prices were all about. Called a few and they were all around $ 200.
Got a hold of this guy. He tells us $ 149 including two tables and 12 chairs. SCORE!!! So this was at noon. Called back around 4 to say we oh needed 1 table 6 chairs. Price now $ 140. Still okay with this. I asked the guy 5 different times the price. Told him the park in canoga park. They are on the list at the rec center so they are aware of the parks in canoga park. I told them the name and location at noon then again at 4.
So I pay my $ 20 permit fee. Sign up with the park. And go get all my party supplies.
Well…
At 5:10 the guy texts, NOT CALLS, and tells me the price is now $ 190!!! REALLY?!? Why!?!
I said Well you told me different so why change?
He says He misunderstood where the park was and due to location it would be more.
I said that is was unreal how he waited so late to let me know. Basically screwing me out of a chance to change vendors. Also I’ve already registered with the park and that they were closed so I couldn’t change it.
His reply. Well that’s the price. So text me with your complete order when you decided.
I was pissed! How can anyone just be so unapologetic to something they did!
I texted back that I was willing to change venues to the one they originally thought it was.
No answer
So pissed
If they were a real company then they would have not done this. No. It’s just some sleazy guy who owns a moonbounce. He is shady and doesn’t stand behind HIS word.
He tried to pull a fast one on me and ended up not getting any business.
Gross. Dishonest. Disgusting.
But I would have to thank them b/​c if he didn’t try to rip me off I wouldn’t have found Best Bounce.
GO TO BEST BOUNCE INSTEAD!!! They were wonderful and cheaper anyways.
