I got my wedding dress from Best Bridal and I couldn’t be happier! I received lots of compliments. I worked with Erika, who was so sweet and helpful. They had to alter it quite a bit because I lost some weight and they did such a good job. Before finding my dress here, I went to several stores including David’s Bridal and was not finding anything within my price range with good quality. I went here thinking I was just going to look around not expecting to find anything I liked, but I found it! My veil, belt and alterations were also included and I got everything for such a great deal. Everything was ready when they said it would be. One of my bridesmaids even got her dress altered just a couple of days before the wedding here and they did a great job. Thank you Erika and Best Bridal for everything!

Been coming here for tuxedo rentals for years now. I have seen nothing but bad and reviews and i am wondering where the good ones are at because in the countless amount of times i have been here i have never had a problem. They have the best suit selection and vest and tie combinations i have seen they are better than Mens Warehouse and way cheaper. If you are looking for a tuxedo/suit i recommend you go with them!

This place is horrible! I went in for my best friend’s wedding and the completely messed up our bridesmaid dresses. I was supposed to have the same dress as the other bridesmaid but in a different color. Our dresses were supposed to be ready for a second fitting by early june. We didn’t get a second fitting, we got a final fitting mid july. They gave us the opposite color dresses and blamed the bride. They made my bust way too big and told me that I’m supposed to wear a push up bra and thats why it was so big. They made our straps over an inch thick when our ordrr form specifically says ½ inch. And then when we complained they wanted to chargr us for every single alteration to thedress. The staff was rude and not helpful at all! This dress looks beautiful and elegant in its original picturebut this shop failed big time trying to replicate it. Definitely do not recommend this place to anyone!

This is the WORST place ever! It should be called WORSTBRIDAL! My step daughters Qinceañera and they didn’t even get the color of the Chambelan de Honor correct! They are Hispanic they should know he wears white! The tuxedos were old looking with stains on the white shirts! Horrible!

So I first came to this place for my wedding dress, because this was where my best friend got her dress & she had no problems and it made the dress of my dreams more within my price range. NEVERAGAIN!!! I put a full down payment(half of what the dress is going to cost) in Jan. ’10, my wedding was in June ’10. Plenty of time for the dress to be made. I was told that I should receive a call from them by April/May. Not a definitive time, that should have been my first red flag that went up. April came around, I called mid April because I was so excited to see the dress. I was told that the dress isn’t in and that I should call back in the beginning of May(red flag no. 2). So I waited, very patiently I might add. I called at the beginning of May as I was instructed and was told that the dress should come in, but they haven’t received it yet. So my bridesmaids and I went to a David’s Bridal 2 weeks after that phone call. I find a dress that I absolutely fell in love with, which presented a problem, I have a down payment for one dress that I don’t know if it will be there by my wedding & I have a dress that is from a more reputable company that I know my dress will be ready. I call Best Bridal, to find out the status of my dress, this is one month before the wedding mind you. And this company is still giving me the run around. The first call they were too busy to talk, the second time, they had to check out what the status on my dress was, the third time I called that day, I finally got an answer, the dress still hadn’t come in, they claimed the dress company was giving them the run around & that I should just pick one of their samples from their floor. The dresses that they have on the floor is totally different from the dress that I picked. I asked if I could get a full refund, and they complied. So I have my friend go in that week, with the same credit card that I used. I couldn’t go in because their weekday hours conflict with my work hours. They processed the transaction & told my friend that it should take no more than a week for it to fully process through. I checked my bank account a week after and nothing, I called to see what might have happened and they said that they can’t do anything, because«it was processed on their end.» I called again a month after the supposed transaction occurred(one week before the wedding) because I still hadn’t received my refund. Again, «it was processed on our end». So I call my bank and send all of the necessary information that was needed. They couldn’t help me because apparently ALL of the receipts that I received in 2010 say that they were processed in 2002(another red flag, that I should have caught long before all this nonsense occurred). So I send a letter to best bridal saying that if I don’t receive my refund I will report them to the BBB. I receive phone calls from the owner saying that the refund was processed and if I have any questions I should call him on his personal cell phone. That right there didn’t sound right to me, so I call the store and spoke with the sales person that sold me the dress in the first place. She said that she’ll call me back. Nothing… finally I get a call back a week after I called them and they said that they had to check their records and bank statements from May(it’s August by now) to make sure that the refund was processed and that they would call me back in 3 days to let me know what was the outcome. No call… I call them back and they said that they would again, have to call me back the next day. Again, no call and again I called them and finally was told that I could come in and receive my money in cash, I would have to call them an hour in advance, so they could have my money ready. I get there and the person I spoke with, the owner and some other lady were eying me like I was trying to steal their money, when in actuality it was my money that they stole. They gave me my money and had me sign a letter saying that I received my money for a dress that was discontinued. Hallelujah! an answer. I was never told that the dress was discontinued. So all in all, this store can be a hit or miss. My best friend had no problems getting her wedding dress & I was given the complete run around for my wedding dress. SO, if you feel like playing Russian roulette with a very important dress, then by all means go here & get treated like you mean nothing. If i could I wouldn’t even give this store one star but it’s a must.
