Great service, Manny is super busy but can still get the job done. I would recommend to any one in the area, and the prices are good.

My initial rating for Boost Mobile was five stars. Unfortunately, it went downhill pretty quickly.
After reading the positive Unilocal reviews, and looking to save money with the $ 25 Unilocal discount, I called Boost Mobile on April 10 to inquire about replacing my shattered iPhone 6 screen. The owner told me he could fit me in right away since iPhone screens are easy to replace. I took my phone over and, after almost two hours, walked out with a fixed screen and a complimentary screen protector.
Upon arriving home, I discovered the phone portion of my iPhone didn’t work. Apparently, the speaker hadn’t been reconnected. I took the phone back and waited about an hour and a half to get it fixed. Even with this problem I was still considering a four star rating.
Late in the afternoon of April 20, I discovered the screen on my phone was lifting. Pretty much the entire right side was unattached. I tried calling but got no answer. Thinking they were too busy to answer I decided to wait until the following morning and go over. I arrived at 10:10 am only to find the store was not open even though they are supposed to open at 10. I tried calling but no answer and no outgoing message to explain why they weren’t open. I left to run some errands and returned at noon. Still not open, no outgoing phone message, and no note on either door to explain the absence. After numerous unanswered calls, I gave up until the following (Wednesday) morning.
Shortly after 10 am on Wednesday, April 22 I called and was able to at least leave a voicemail. Too bad no one bothered to return my call. Almost two hours later, I called again and got through to the owner. He told me he was there alone and was very busy but to bring in my phone and he’d get to it ASAP. I got there within ten minutes, and though he took my phone right away, he wasn’t able to start working on it for quite some time. As I was waiting, the owner’s wife and assistant, came walking in nonchalantly and laughing over two hours after the posted opening time. There were no apologies or explanation for why the store was closed for two days by either the owner or the wife.
By the way, the lifting of my iPhone screen was blamed on the screen itself, no responsibility for poor workmanship.
Imagine my surprise and frustration when, later that night, I noticed a visible gap in the upper left corner of my phone! I went back to the store on Thursday, April 23 to show the owner. Again, he blamed the screen rather than take any responsibility for the work. I explained to him I was only showing him the problem so he would understand why the negative Unilocal review and that there was no way I would allow him to touch my phone again.
I would be a little more forgiving of the problems with my screen if the store provided better customer service rather than the I-don’t-give-a damn approach.

Manny has fixed 3 of my phones already. He is always super busy but it’s mostly because he is the cheapest and most reliable in the valley.
He will make you watch «Crash» the movie if you catch him when he is busy. :D

This place is very helpful, cheap, convenient. They’re very busy but they do quality work. And the chick behind the counter gives you advice, and looks up your account at your request immediately

This place is great. Broke the screen on my iPhone 5s twice in one month. Took it in and Manuel did an amazing job repairing it both times. The pricing is unbelievable, so much less expensive than any other cell phone shop. Truly recommend this shop.

I was referred to this store by a friend who recently got her iPhone 5 fixed here. I shopped around and found this place has the best deals for phone repairs. The staff was friendly, knowledgable, and patient with all my questions. They repaired by iPhone 4 in less than 30 minutes. I will be coming back to have my tablet screen repaired.

Great attention to the needs of my phone. It was not an easy problem to fix, but they stuck with it and did what they could. I appreciated the check ins and follow through.
Overall they did an amazing job and hooked it up.

This place was absolutely amazing. Fast service and nice people. I got my iPhone 5c fixed in less than 20 minutes and got it in white! i totally recommend this to everyone!!! Ask for Manuel. This place by far has the best prices. They were able to repair my iPhone screen within 30 minutes, and took the time to help me reset my apple ID so that I can have all my info stored. I recommend taking your phone repairs to Boost Mobile in San Fernando instead of paying the expensive insurance deductibles that phone companies charge even when you have insurance.

Good service. He replaced my iPhone 4S screen and he left it like new. He is cheaper than other iPhone repair shops.
He also carries the tempered glass screen protectors you can’t find everywhere.

I broke my screen for my iphone and tried to put it back with another screen I bought from amazon. Short story is I really did a botch job and they really went the extra mile to fix it. Also, I was only charged 65 dollars. This place is great!

Stayed overtime after closing hours just to make sure he got my cracked iPhone 4S that same day. I got various quotes around my location to fix my phone and I was getting offered 70 – 95 $ to fix it. He not only did my phone the same day, he did it quickly conveniently and very cost efficient. I only got it fixed for 60 $ and it’s like new! I strongly recommend this place. Located next to cupids hotdogs by the San Fernando library!
