If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I placed an order online and selected pickup at the SF location to save on shipping. I get a call from the SF location saying they don’t have everything in stock. After about 3 or 4 phone calls back, I asked if I could pick up what they did have and ship the rest of the items from their warehouse in LA. Long story short, I told them I would pick up what they had and they were supposed to call me back with a shipping quote for the rest. I send my co-​worker to pick up the following morning and they were absolutely clueless. First the employee called to tell me that the order wasn’t payed for (even though I entered my credit card info on their website). He hung up and called me back to tell me their website wasn’t set up to take payment. I asked then why did it take my information. After a few more calls back and forth because he didn’t know what he was doing. I ended up canceling the entire order and just ordered it thru U-​Line with no hassle and it will be here tomorrow. Safe yourself the headache and do not use this company. I should have read their previous reviews.
