My experience with was through the web site only, so experiences/policies may differ accordingly. A few weeks ago we found the site and browsed their fairly extensive selection of prints. We found the site very well organized with helpful features. One cool thing was that we could upload a photo of our room/wall and then place the print and frame of our choice on the wall to see just what it might look like in our home. Very cool. Very helpful. So, we ordered a print with frame and matting and it was delivered on time, as promised. Upon opening the box we saw that there was a gap on the top corner where the ends did not meet. The gap was probably a centimeter off, but with a dark cherry wood frame and a very light painted wall it was a bit obvious. Per their instructions online, we photographed the problem and attached it to an email explaining the reason for our requested return. They responded within 12 hours, agreeing to a complete refund and for us to not worry about sending it back. Wow. Excellent customer service. I told myself once the money was actually credited back to my credit card I would write a review reflecting their professional, courteous and all around ethical response to the problem. So here it is. Please note that the total cost of the order was $ 252+ They refunded every cent back, including the $ 50 shipping fee. And they let us keep the framed print. Does it get any better than that? So, this first experience didn’t work out, but I guarantee we will be ordering from them again as well as sharing our extremely positive experience with others. Really nice to see a business treat their clients so well and stand by their product completely.

Amazing pop up store through mid-January. If you like the Moma gift shop you’ll love this place. It’s a chance to see Art.com’s goods in touchable form. Located in FiDi. Prices range, but mostly affordable items for the home or to gift.

I made the mistake of browsing this company’s website once and I’m now overwhelmed with spam from them. I didn’t register or create an account, and they continue to send me marketing emails daily. Their site doesn’t allow you to unsubscribe, even though there is a link in the emails, and despite regular requests and communications they will not take me off their list. So unless you’re looking to add to your email in box, don’t browse their site.

This is a pretty cute pop up store! I’ve ordered a couple of items from in the past, but it was cool to see so much of their art in person. The store also features curated collections from some hot shots like Nigel Barker, Jonathan Adler, and the lady who created Blue Bottle. In addition to the art, which you can purchase framed or unframed, they offer really cute stocking stuffers for adults and kids.

A welcome pop-up to the block for sure. It seriously lights up the block and walking into the store is really fun, as it doesn’t just simply have art, but also little design details like cups, ornaments, décor, etc. They have regular events too, so I’m definitely looking forward to going to one! I would go check out the space and soak in all the creative energy. Prices don’t seem to be pretty reasonable as well. Going to be visiting them regularly in the next few months!

Pretty cool to see things from the website up close and personal. I especially like the first floor where they feature local artists. Love the Conde Nest section, too. Everything is pretty well-priced, to boot. I predict this store is going to be a Gateway Drug for many of us who may not have shopped previously– but now that we’re been able to see what we’ve been missing may become pretty active patrons.
