It was a beautiful group led by the sweet, calming and grounding presence of Mer and Eric in the beautiful space of the Sophia Healing Center. The space was truly nonjudgmental and the arts allowed to let the unique spirits express themselves.

I had a wonderful healing experience at this gathering. I would highly recommend it for anyone who wants to explore their creativity, especially if you are an artist having a block and needing some inspiration from your peers. The hosts eric and Mer were genuine and fun. I will be going to the next one for sure!

You can leave your inhibitions at the door step and enjoy the freedom of making whatever you want! In this amazing safe and fun space that Mer and Eric create. Deep and playful at the same time! I had so much fun and will be there again. Thank you!

Awakening through Art is a wonderful way to let your inner child shine through without letting outside judgment or criticism inhibit one’s creativity. Since art is a great release, it is also a wonderful time to process any healing that you may be going through at any given time. Mer & Eric provide a safe space for healing, journeying and creating art. So I highly recommend checking out these sessions for a fun afternoon of meditation, music, and creativity.

I went for the first time recently and had such a great time. I loved the mix of drumming, movement, meditation, and art. I felt very comfortable in the space and in creating whatever I was feeling in the moment. Thank you.
