STAY FAR AWAY!
Dealing with the owner was a horribly painful experience. I brought in my coat at the beginning of September. He promised it would be ready at the end of November. I called mid-​November and he had a thousand excuses for having not started but still promised it would be done by the end of the month. I called again during the last week of November… still a thousand excuses, but said the coat would be done within two weeks. Mid-​December rolls around and I haven’t heard a word. I go in to pick up my coat; I didn’t bring my receipt, he claimed he couldn’t find my receipt, and he wouldn’t give me my coat or refund until I brought the receipt. So I made another trip to his store with my receipt and finally got my coat and a refund, but it cost me three months and tons of grief.

Love this place. Brought in my hand me down Fur coat that needed to be repaired. They did an amazing job and had the coat ready in a timely manner for my trip to NYC last winter. Taking in all three of my furs for cleaning and conditioning this week. Beyond excited
