I requested a refund since my friends and I wouldn’t be able to make the run due to the change of date. I sent them a message on Facebook since there was no kind of contact information available. They had ask me for my pay pal email and later on said I have been refunded. A few days later I received an email from pay pal saying«An eCheck payment from Bad Prom( ) could not be processed from the sender’s bank. Please do not ship any items. We have canceled this transaction and advise that you contact the sender to make a new payment arrangements. Please contact Bad Prom regarding this payment.» I then sent a Facebook message asking to re-send the refund. I even attached the e-mail from pay pal to show I was telling the truth. I have messaged them continuously and still have not received a response. I’ve been asking for my refund since August 2014 and I still want my refund back. Also, did the other run that supposedly replaced Bad Prom Run ever took place? I guess you guys just took their money too. Shame on you!!!

I wish I could give this zero stars. I registered for the San Francisco prom run that was rescheduled then canceled. I emailed them for a refund not once, but three times I even did a live chat and was told that I would get a refund. Been a few months now and still no refund. I am so dissatisfied that I deter people from signing up for any events by this company.

This website is fraud! I registered back in October. Just 10days before the race, I get an email saying that the event is postponed, and it will refund registration fee if I can’t make new dates. I emailed back saying I can’t make the new date and asking for refund. Two months later, I have not gotten refund nor response to my email. Basically, they took our money and run away. Don’t do it!!!
