This is a no nonsense garage with plenty of batteries. I told them I needed amp hours for my RV(it’s a Burning Man project) to run a stereo and lights. We talked over the options, and I ended up getting a pair of maintenance free 12V90Ahs. They were chill regular guys, which I appreciate because it’s nice to not get upsold on whatever. I would absolutely buy here again.

As far as I’m concerned when you need the BEST batteries available then your in the right spot. You must come with a knowledge of what your battery needs are. These guys are not Oreily or some small auto supply place. These guys sell batteries and nothing else. I was in a bind and desperately needed two new batteries and Eric came to my rescue. I had to do a little convincing but when it was all settled these guys drove to Sacromento to get me the batteries I needed the next day. I’m not easily impressed. And there is nothing I value more than great customer service. A+++++

Dear Battery Systems: Although you are good on prices, you’re bad on quality, and sticking behind your warranty. I was turned on to buy a battery from you through a reference, and I thought it was great because it was cheap… the warranty I got with the battery was also very comprehensive, which abided my worries about the product quality… but I was wrong, because a year or so later the battery I got from you started crapping out. It would have not been a problem if you stuck behind your 50+ month warranty, as you should have, without giving me the ultimate run-around! That is, you guys told me that it was not the battery… that it was this, or that, or whatever else but the battery itself. I didn’t know, I took you for what your professional word was worth, and wasted a bunch of time, money, and went through some added frustration in ruling out every other thing that could have been wrong with my electrical system – only to find out that my battery the problem all along. That made me mad, but despite my feelings, all I wanted to do is just get my replacement battery and move on; so when I came into your shop with a neutral demeanor, not wanting any trouble – just my Goddamn battery – your asshole employee had to start the whole interrogation of my car again, and how it might be this, or that wrong with it – anything but the battery(he was incessant about it too) – and so I had to argue and convince him to give me the damn battery already! He would have kept on with the babbling about how it was something other than the battery if I had not put a stop to it by presenting him with all the evidence that I accumulated showing that there wasn’t anything else wrong(it was nice to see him shut-up… but did I really have to prove that it was the battery?). In retrospect, I should have just bought another battery somewhere else and just charged the loss to the game, but it is what it was – lesson learned. However, I won’t make the same mistake of ever giving you my business again(by the way, I cc’d the world wide web on this, just to let everyone else know). Regards, Mike S.
