Bloom

I would give them a 3.5 if I could. I have been in this store multiple times and I always ALWAYS find so many things that I want to take home with me for amazing prices. Unfortunately you do have to be careful with what you buy because of the quality. I have picked out pieces that I loved, only to put them back because they were falling apart. The staff isn’t very helpful either but they also don’t pester you while you are shopping. Over all I love their store and am always sure to hit them up when I go for my shopping days!

I was charged twice for the same top. I purchased a top and a pair of fish-​nets for a Halloween event last night and just realized this morning that they didn’t charge me for the fish-​nets, they just DOUBLE charged me on the more expensive top. Of course the tags and packaging I threw out at my friend’s house while getting ready so I don’t even have proof that I purchased the fish-​nets there. CHECK your receipts before leaving the store ladies, this place is a SCAM.

Came to Bloom twice this week to buy a pair of pants. While shopping, I observed that the coworkers were gossiping while on duty. I mean, come on. they didn’t even say Hi to me when I walked in. They kind of just looked at me, mugged, then went on with talking to their other coworkers. It is inappropriate to be talking loudly to each other about your personal lives while customers are around. You should at least be helping customers and greeting them.
As I walked in the dressing room to get fitted, I noticed that the walls are dirty and the paint is chipping off in large chunks. I mean, have the decency to open the store up AFTER you fix the place up.
Besides the poor service, unprofessional workers, and disgusting dressing room walls, there was 1 worker who kept it professional and was very helpful. She seemed to stay on task and not socialize on the job with the others. Thank you, Misun Kim for the great service. At least this store has her.

Daughter #2 LOVED this store. We’ve been to all the other trendy clothing stores and just found them to be duplicates of each other. But, when we walked into Bloom things just caught her eyes immediately.
We walked out with 2 tops, a very original dress (no one in HI will have one yet), leggings and a cardigan.
Only down side was that the cut and sizes ran on the smaller side. Daughter #2 is usually a small/​medium but we had to adjust for the slimmer fit.

There’s a lot of «boutique-​esque» women’s fashion stores popping up at Stonestown Mall, but this one is my favorite thus far! Has a lot of super fun, trendy, and upbeat clothing that you’ll find at the little shops around Haight or sites like
, but for a quarter or even half the price. Some items may be a tad bit higher than I’d like, but otherwise, some brilliant fashion pieces that I couldn’t leave the store without getting! When I first discovered Bloom I went back three times in two weeks just to see if anything had been filtered out and new goodies were in!
I think they could do more with upgrading their accessories section, and the staff could be a little more lively, but otherwise, solid four stars from me!
