I had hip pain for several months and Brandon was able to assess that it was my sacrum, a very tight QL and gluteus muscles. He is very knowledgeable about the body and I totally trusted his assessment. His work was excellent and I walked away knowing a bit more about my body. He showed me some exercises that really helped me and I am still doing them. I would not hesitate to refer anyone I know to him. It could be for personal training or body work. He is an expert!

I recently has a spoas strain, though I didn’t know it — I just knew that I couldn’t walk for days and was in extreme pain. I went to Brandon from body work and he very concisely found the pain and was able find the exact spot where the extreme pain was deep in my spoas muscle.
Equally importantly he noticed that the fascia in my thighs was so tight that the muscles wouldn’t move.
His work has really helped me tremendously!

Couple Brandon’s natural skill in all things body movement with is tenacity and focus in his career and you have a clear cut winner. You need a physical trainer, he’s your man. You need a body realignment, he’s on it. You have an ailment, hit him up for advice and he won’t steer you wrong. For all types of body work and physical advice, look no further people.

Brandon is my man! I first met this incredible human being at SOMA Physio and from there, got introduced to his private practice. He is one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever known regarding the human body. His realm of expertise transcends just understanding human anatomy — his insight on motion, form, injury, and the mind/​body connection all contribute to making his work of the highest calibre.
From observing my gait, he inferred very accurately about previous injuries and where I hold my tensions in my body. He uses a diverse set of techniques (Eastern + Western + personal intution and insight) and tools to heal and oftentimes focuses on small supporting muscles that have been overlooked at other places I’ve visited. I’ve incorporated his insight on what muscles to focus on and how I tend to carry my body, and I feel much more balanced than I ever have before.
Above all, Brandon is an upbeat, down-​to-​earth, and unbeatably friendly and generous man. His passion for movement and the capabilities of the human body is evident in everything he does. He’s honest in his feedback, and very supportive of his clients meeting their goals. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for healing, strengthening, or just an all-​around great guy.
