I love going to Coco at Cabrillo Cleaners. She is so friendly, and always does a great job with our clothes. Another awesome Outer Richmond business!

Cabrillo’s has been around for more than 20 years, and several years ago a woman named Coco took it over. She’s very friendly and does great work to boot. She’s never brought anything back late, she does sewing (though I’ve never had her tailor anything) and is one of those folks who makes me happy to live out here. I highly recommend her.

A-​OK; Coco was sweet and nothing seemed wrong with my drycleaned items. Coco even gave me a small «discount» which was cool.
I had heard bad reviews about the drycleaning service in my neighborhood, hence the reason why I went out ten blocks to Cabrillo Cleaner. Still, I’m only giving three stars because… well…I can’t really judge what makes a place «super good» with drycleaning other than the service. Maybe I’ll tack on an extra star later if I go back for alterations or more drycleaning.

I was really excited to go to Coco for alterations. My friend raved about her, and I checked other positive reviews here. I brought 9 items to her for alterations. TWO of them turned out OK! Some items that I wanted taken in were made way too small (I could barely fit into them). She had to redo them. But what ruined it was this new expensive dress that I had that I wanted to be let out in length. I thought it was going to be a simple alteration, but it turned out that she completely ruined it. It looks like it’s been chewed by a dog.

Coco is amazing. She does a great job; affordable and friendly. Having gone to other Outer Richmond places before meeting Coco, my advice is don’t waste your time. Cabrillo Cleaners and Coco are the BEST.

Coco does a great job here. She knows my entire family by name and her kids are really adorable. She once tailored my pants for free. A gem in the neighborhood.
