I dropped my stuff off on a Sunday, and the person at the desk said my clothes would be ready by Monday at noon at the latest. I stopped by in person on Monday at 1, and they weren’t done. No big deal, but…
Nothing on Tuesday.
It’s now Wednesday evening, and I haven’t heard back, despite having called TWICE.
Needless to say, I won’t be using this place again. I just hope I get my clothes back eventually!

This is not the Zephyr that had many years of favorable reviews. It is under new management and the business model has changed. They are now a green cleaner, offer pick up and delivery and cost about twice as much as other nearby laundries. If this works for you, you’ll likely love them. I don’t want to spend over $ 3 for each shirt I have laundered, so I am taking my business elsewhere.

Bidded on a school fundraiser cleaning voucher for $ 25.00. The voucher was signed by owner, Mr. Chin. My wife dropped clothes for dry cleaning and attempted to use $ 25 voucher. The owner did not redeem voucher and said we signed the voucher. We explained that this was a $ 25 voucher signed and agreed by him to no avail. We paid for our dry cleaning and will never use this business again. The place was filthy as well. If this is the way he treats his neighbors, he won’t last long. We will bring our clothes to the dry cleaners up the block.

I am tasked w/​dry clean drop off… all the way from Burlingame… my husband won’t get his shirts dry cleaned anywhere else. The people are really nice, and it’s not expensive.

Great value, especially if you have a large amount of items! They offer a 10% discount for 10 items and 20% off 20 items. I don’t live in the area, but since I take my dog out to Ocean Beach every Saturday, I started taking my clothes here. The owners are very customer-​oriented, really nice folks. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is although my clothes are always sparkling clean, they don’t have the crispness of freshly dry-​cleaned clothing. I wouldn’t take super-​fancy clothes here, but they’re great for everyday work stuff. Possibly, their equipment is old? Still, I would heartily recommend Zephyr Cleaners!

I dropped off the following at Zephyr on a Friday night, right before closing:
1 dress shirt
2 suits
2 pairs of slacks
This came out to a whopping $ 28.75.
I picked up the clothes the next day, right before closing. The clothes looked new again, newly pressed, and smelled nice (by «nice» I mean «nothing», since my clothes smelled like pure B.O. when I dropped them off).
With this service, and at these prices, I may be encouraged to do my dry cleaning more than 1x every 5 years! (I’m not kidding.)

I have been going to Zephyr for 7 years now. The people there are very pleasant and they do a great job. I live in the inner Richmond now, and I take my clothes to the Outer Richmond to Zephyr because they are that good.
